well OH and i are talking this weekend about cyprus! if we put on market and got 600k euro then we clear and we skip off into sunshine! they are selling them new for 700k euro

We are on interest only mortgage from the day we bought this house.... It is better to be able to consistently meet your payments than not - you can always over pay (you would need to check the ts and cs of your individual mortgage). Takes pressure off tho

Hello, i am alive but what one hell of a day !! my feet are numb ... mrs cmr there is always a silver lining for you keep strong and be good you have to do what you have to do in the long run... it sounds like an idea re the cyprus home maybe that can help clear some of the debts if the terms and conditions allow how is everything else ??? x

hi happytoget... sorry to hear you have had a bad day... whats been going on?

i am more than happy to sell cyprus now - really need it. just had conversation with OH on phone about income and seems that there is NO way we will even cover out outgoings on bills etc with his income.. dunno why/how but any way we are working figures out at weekend. ooo grim... gotta do something to sort this and fast :-(

got 255 things on ebay at min which is good but not good enough...

because tv is always crap .. mrs cmr im sure you will be fine, you have a problem you are fixing it and i think things will work out i know it will..... ebay may surprise you wish i could help we are just doing soa xxx

well i am a geek i like all nice colours just so it feels nice and not so glum....... life is glum enough as it is ...... i think we will be okay love dont beat yourself up i know your down i get down somedays but life will correct itself... re work i never stopped sorting out the filter and drugs and then i didnt have anything to eat till nearly 2pm from 6am i was a walking zombie not enough arms must grow more haha x

Good work on the ebay front!!! At least there is some light re the Cyprus house-if this sells,does it sort the whole debt for you? if so, then I would say all systems go,,,,,,,

if we can sell it and its a big if we could clear 200k to clear some off our mortgage here and all our cc and loan debt. BUT .. just need to find that nice little person with the money! not easy!
