bless u lurker... u sweetie... twitter [as in the birds twitter their little song / chit chat] is bit like facebook, bit like a forum - yet another medium for complete avoiding speaking directly to another human being. go to twitter.com have a look. just more networking.

  • I only found your thread today but I think that a proper blog would be a good idea. Not sure if it would really work on twitter though...? Oh and congratulations on your success to date. Sometimes it can be difficult to see your own successes x

not sure i would say i have been successful really... mainly ducking and diving and juggling... perhaps i would be better getting a job in a circus?

but thanks so much for popping in and posting!

  • The reasons I say you have been successful:

    1) Your family are still a family
    2) You still have a roof over your head
    3) You have three children who love you
    4) You see problems and look for solutions rather than looking for the nearest sandpit into which you could bury your head.

In all seriousness, I don't know how I would have coped in your situation. The fact that so many people have responded to you is telling of the fact that you are down to earth and (seriously) an inspiration.

    Hi Mrs CMR

I would go for it. Theres nothing to stop you writing your own story as it unfolds and looking into ways to getting it in the public domain.

I have in truth always liked the idea of sharing my story too. All of us here have something to offer. My Happiness and Health, Success and Wealth folder and indeed my diary here is part of that need for me to track progress, and record how things are going, also I think until others see what you are achieving, it could be the difference for them between losing hope in a situation or finding the positives in it.

Well done so far Mrs CMR. Have a good rest of a day. Am off to make some scones before resuming my work for the rest of the day/eve.
    Take care xx
My debts at LBM (2009)Grand Total £161,983.77.(Incs everything, mtge, cr cards, loans)
May 2013 £124,080.27= £37,903.50 paid off WOW!!!!! Well done! There is a guardian angel out there! :AI'm visualising success, debt freeness, and happy days!:T

    kissjenn... back at ya!

@positiveandfocus... v good point! i think u r right. i really find the diary a way of dumping my pain ... as they say ... better out than in!
@clearingoutpockets... totally agree with what ur saying... one thing that the human soul has is hope! in the depths of the dark times as long as we have that glimmer of hope then we can carry on. looking back i think how low i felt and it was hope that pushed me on.

    thanks all
    hugs

well today im n the ebay trail... dear parents have become my suppliers... is that the right word? mother supplying the 25 unused cross stitch kits and about 200 mills and boons books and my dad completely mystified by ebay as a concept... bless them poor dears! then good old dad pipes up... ooh i have some machine parts from the 'olden days' could i list those? welll seems that these 'machine parts' are from his old business which he had retired from about 8 years ago... these are huge massively heavy pipes or something odd but seems the go for about 8K each... duh duh duh... um doeesnt take much working out that sell a couple of these and he would be laughing! so today he has rung up 3 times to ask about how my bids have been going on my ebay auctions and later he is going to go look up the part numbers and take photos. ihave done some reasonable research and found these are speciality machine parts and there is a dedicate machine auction site for them alone! nice one dad! we will make a gypsy out of u yet! ha ha him in his hand made custom fit shirts and silk socks! ha ha!
