So far I've received nothing and am getting pretty annoyed that companies such as Tesco and O2 have treat their customers like this. Each of the many times I have called the 0870 750 7860 number I have been promised a call back but nothing.
The final straw was John Slattery from the 0870 number promising me my points would be on my August statement and not surprisingly they weren't.
I finally convinced Tesco customer services (0800 50 55 55) to call on my behalf and still the 0870 people still didn't ring back. I suggest any moneysavers not in receipt of their points call Tesco customer services and points out as I did that 6 months+ is unacceptable for us not to receive our points having bought items from Tesco in good faith.
I suggest the owners of this site should take this issue on board as although it's not their fault in any way, I will be looking at offers like this with much more scepticism in future.0 -
Anyone had any joy trying to get missing points added? I'm still missing half of mine.I tried sending copies of all receipts to Dundee but they say I have to talk to Tesco Mobile but its nothing to do with them.I can see this being a long drawn out thing."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

Russ, give the Tesco customer services number I've quoted and ask for Mandy. She's very helpful and has been following it up on my behalf and promised to ring when my points are added. I think I'm getting close to receiving them :j0 -

Had a this issue with mobile top up points as well, The customer services 0800 505555 and clubcard helpline did try to help, but there was nothing they could do, except from pass me through to Mobile side of them, Apparently "it's a separate side of the business", Sent a letter to their customer service place in Dundee and got a polite "sorry but we can't help please contact Tesco mobile" letter back.
Why does the mobile department no take ownership of the problem instead of telling you to call the clubcard people who can't help ! GRRR Better still why don't they just add the points your entitled to !
Finally got my points but by that time I changed network to 02.0 -

YET ANOTHER UPDATE - Passed back to Tesco Mobile again - This time I spoke to John who was VERY helpful - looked over info and told me info had been passed to Clubcard on the 17th August who have then come back with question for them that I had another clubcard number registered to me which I do NOT.
Then something clicked - In February they sent me key fobs saying these were now to be used and I had noticed they had a different number to my other one but they both were in my name and to my address. When I had called clubcard to check about this they had told me to use the new ones and discard the old ones. John seems to think that this may have affected something so is gonna give Clubcard a call this morning with the information and call me back...hmm have heard that before but something makes me believe him.
If no call arrives by 1 - am gonna call back and see how we get on - He can trace if you have called before and can tell you if info has been passed on and if any queries have been made.
Will keep you all updated (BTW he did telll me that once info has been passed on its down to Clubcard to add points) and soooo the SAGA continues...2008 wins - Mobile Big Snap II, Perona Bottle Opener

It took me 4 letters to Tesco to sort this out. In the end, the CS dept. added them for me. Think this was only because I sent a copy of my receipt which I had kept.

I had to send my receipts to Tesco Mobile last Friday so am phoning them tommorrow to get this sorted. I don't see why we should give up on what we are owed.2008 wins - Mobile Big Snap II, Perona Bottle Opener
