Trouble is, when I spoke to said CSM, she told me to "Ring Infomedia on 0870 750 7860" :mad:
When I did, I was told that they are *still* trying to reconcile the points from the offer and have not passed the list through to Tesco yet. The gentleman I spoke to claimed that this should be happening in the next 7-10 days.
Now I dont know if I was being fobbed off, or if some names have gone through already - but it is odd that some people have some points already.
Yeah am getting fobbed off too and getting pretty cheesed off now - keep getting told next 7-10 days - Have been consistently speaking to guy but got a girl this time who was quite rude but said there has been some dispute between the two parties but we should get them all for our August statement - Am gonna phone again 2moro and start kicking up a fuss now - I wouldn't mind but I only bought stuff I usually buy and am missing 5000 points. You have all been very lucky to have actually received your points - I didn't even take advantage of this offer and only bought what I would have normally - I have been passed between InfoMedia and Clubcard back and forth for the last couple of months with each one saying they can't do anything til the information is looked at by Infomedia and then passed onto Clubcard. So I phoned again to Infomedia this morning and expressed how annoyed I was that I have phoned so many times and they still haven't done anything. She is quite a rude girl I keep getting through too but kept saying information will be passed on and they will have a lot of phone numbers to go through. I then told her that I have been waiting since March and have phoned every week and keep getting fobbed off - I told her I expect them to pass the information through asap and I will keep ringing for an update daily as this seems to be the only way I can get anything done.
I have always shopped with them and have never had a problem until now but I feel completely let down - especially seen as though I am waiting for 50.00 worth (£200 in deals) I am sure I should be taking this as a sign that I am not meant to get engaged - thats what I am using my vouchers for - Goldsmiths - hmmmmm....:T

You're not alone, i'm still waiting for my points too. I have phoned them several times and got nowhere, they just say the points will probably be credited soon and they never are. I wrote to them a month ago and that letter got ignored, i have just sent them another letter which hopefully they will bother to reply to this time.0 -
This thread seems so OLD now...however, update
Statement came today stating 5,100 points under Tesco Mobile, so i assume they are for this offer. That makes, according to my statements, 7250 points in total received. By my calculations, I should have 7600, so only 350 missing.
Now, I've got to ring CC anyway to enquire about some missing Green points, so I may ask about these at the same time, see where I get. If nowhere, I may write a letter detailing all my purchases, but in the grand scheme of things I'm pretty sure i'm in profit now anyway0 -

Same for me. Have phoned Infomedia twice and been given the usual empty promises.0 -
I received a letter back today telling me to ring their 0870 number as they cannot credit me my points. I phoned up and spoke to some guy who was quite rude and said that he would email my details to the team that are dealing with it and that they would call me. I said that this had been done several times before and he said he would mark it as urgent. I asked if i could have a telephone number or an email for the team that are dealing with it but he wouldn't give me one. I really don't hold out much hope of getting them now, i think we are just getting fobbed off.0

The whole sitaution is a joke, infomedia are the most unhelpful people I have ever had to spaek to. I am to outstand £50 worth of points. Think a letter to Sir Terry Leahy at Tesco is in order and maybe Mr Lewis himself could help.0
