That makes my points make sense, I registered twice (when the persil was also 250 points), I was 300 short from what I expected, so must have only received 100 points each rather than the 250, only 300 points short so not too bothered, I also only received 1 set of confirmation texts so I done better than expected as I wasn't sure if I would get points for the 2nd lot that I didn't receive conformation text for.
Think alot of people got greedy, I know it was unlimited at the start but some people take it too far and spoil it for others, I also read somewhere that people were actually returning the items to store. I do feel for the people who were genuine and didn't receive all their points but those who were returning items, well..........................serves you right:rotfl:

I registered for the Persil Small & Mighty five times and purchased five bottles. I have just received my points and only got 500. I called Tesco up and they said the offer was only ever 100 bonus points, not 250. They will not give me the extra points unless I have proof. I dont have any proof as it was registered via mobile and the confirmation text does not mention how many points you get. Can anybody help me.

this list was made 18/3 and shows 250 points for s & m that week

    (or free.tesco-mobile.com/Tescodirect/default.aspx? if that fails)
using your o2 / Tesco mobile.

Once you have registered for one offer (eg PG Tips) scroll down and click "go to more offers" You'll then see a list of all the other products - just tick the boxes and hit submit & you'll be registered for all of them.

All product varieties unless otherwise stated:

100 pts PG Tips Pyramids (160/240)
    100 pts Pepperami
    100 pts Ben & Jerrys
    100 pts Hellmann's mayo
100 pts Vaseline (not lip therapy or pure petroleum)
    100 pts Sure deordorant
    100 pts Marmite
    100 pts Lynx
    100 pts Bertolli spreads
100 pts Comfort fabric conditioner (not vaporesse products)
100 pts Flora spreads (not 250g)
100 pts Dove (all except soap bars)
250 pts Persil small and mighty
    100 pts Domestos

    How it works
Tesco are offering you the chance to collect extra Clubcard points by registering for offers on your mobile phone. Just click on the offer that you are interested in and then input your Clubcard number. Remember to read the terms for each offer.

You will receive a free SMS detailing the offer for which you have registered. Simply buy the product online or in store before the 30/04/2009 and the points will be automatically added to your account.

Seems those that have "thrashed" the offer and not taken the spirit rather advantage of the situation are now being short changed... what are the odds?

Tesco should have made the "terms" of the offer ALOT clearer, and for this they are at fault.

The terms of the offer are perfectly clear:

7.Is their a limit to the number of offers I can register for?

Each registration is valid for only one product purchase. You can register and redeem each product offer up to 5 times.

There is a site that records old pages of websites but dont know what its called again. But if it was a mobile site then it probably wont record it. Search in google!

The site that records old pages is called the Wayback Machine, its at archive.org. But it takes 6 months for a page to appear, if ever.
I rang today, and got the same info as other people, a group's looking into it, they'll get back to me etc etc
  • Has anyone had any joy getting their missing points added? I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.

Me too. I have phoned them twice now and they have said that they will be in touch but nothing yet. I bought ten of the products once only and i haven't had points added for any of them. When i spoke to them on the phone they said that they have had a few problems with the offer and that their web team are getting in touch with people but it's taking longer than they anticipated to sort out.
