Who did you speak to get this chased up? I rang Tesco and they said to speak to the points issuer - O2, did you just ring cust services?

Just a little update for you - I recieved my statement this morning and was only showing as allocated 350 points for Mobile Exclusive offers which meant I was 5000 points short. Have just got off the phone from 0870 750 7860 who are download support - They asked for my mobile number and then asked how could I help (whether they r checking the numbers against purchases I don't know). I explained I was short points and he was very nice and explained that obviously due to higher demand they haven't been able to get all of the points onto the system in time for the mailing and they are doubley checking everything to make sure the purchases have been given the correct points but hopefully the points should be on my account in the next 3-5 days. I should be able to see them appear on my account but obviously won't be able to use them until my next statement.
Of course I am going to keep and eye on this and call back if I don't see any joy - Wish there was a way of logging online and checking your points balance instead of going into store. Bummer!
Thought people would like an update - I would advise calling tho in case they are trying to not give points to those that don't call or enquire about it - I was on hold for a bit though before I spoke to somebody. GOOD LUCK!!! :T2008 wins - Mobile Big Snap II, Perona Bottle Opener

Wish there was a way of logging online and checking your points balance instead of going into store.
There is hun click the below link and enter you full CC number and postcode then press on 'register'

(Warning: System is a little muddled at the mo due to 1/4 end, so may show points that have already arrived..)

I worked out that what I bought should give me 6,250 points. Just had my statement and it tells me I have 1,900 points from "Tesco exclusive mobile offers" I'm furious!! Phoned the 0870 750 7860 number and spoke to someone who tells me they have a dedicated team working on this deal that in his words "has gone wrong". He asked for my mobile and clubcard number and told me these details would be passed on to the team. The team are hoping to contact people in the next few days.
I have all my receipts and texts. I went into this deal following all of Tescos rules. If they go back on this deal it just shows the type of store we are dealing with. My future custom will definately be going elsewhere.

The guy I spoke to definately assured me that people would get their points it would just take them time to sort it all correctly. To be honest I am sure they can't go back on their word - they would have a mutiny on their hands - we all have registration texts and the dates of the points and our orders - otherwise a mass appeal to Watchdog would have to be done so that we got our points back.2008 wins - Mobile Big Snap II, Perona Bottle Opener

I too have just spoken to Infomedia on the 0870 750 7860 number which was given to me by the Tesco Clubcard helpline.
The man was very helpful and took my mobile number. He quoted back my Clubcard number and asked how many points I was due. He then said that the points were being allocated in batches and that he would send an email chasing my points.
He did say that they should all be added to my account and that somebody would be in contact when this was done. I asked how, he replied either by SMS or phonecall - he thought probably phonecall. (I would be very surprised if they did to be honest).
He also queried whether I had received any points and I asked how I would be able to tell. He said he did not know, although this should be 'obvious' on the Tesco statement.
I dont think I have any, as I have an average number within the usual Tesco and Tesco Petrol boxes on the statement and no unusual entries.0 -

Very Strange... I did it twice and got all my points.
Seems those that have "thrashed" the offer and not taken the spirit rather advantage of the situation are now being short changed... what are the odds?
Tesco should have made the "terms" of the offer ALOT clearer, and for this they are at fault.0 -
I registered for the Persil Small & Mighty five times and purchased five bottles. I have just received my points and only got 500. I called Tesco up and they said the offer was only ever 100 bonus points, not 250. They will not give me the extra points unless I have proof. I dont have any proof as it was registered via mobile and the confirmation text does not mention how many points you get. Can anybody help me.
