    I've had a second bunch added, now only missing 600 points. That may be because they're claiming Persil Small & Mighty was only 100 points and not 250, and I bought 4.

    I have phoned them twice now and been told i will be contacted shortly, but i still haven't heard anything and i've not had any points added. I'm expecting 1000 points as i bought ten items. Does anyone know where i could write to to complain?

    Me too - the second time I phoned he asked for my cc details too - another phone call is due me thinks - am still waiting on 5k

    I receieved a letter today saying they cannot look at this until July, in case the points are added in the meantime.

    They also wern't sure if i had recieved my 350 bonus points for the easter promotion on dot com, so they added them just in case.

    So it was worth the letter for the 350 points, which may or may not have already been added (they dont show seperately like the mobile offers do).

    I am only about 1200 short from the mobile offer.

    Has everyone received their points now? I rang up about 10 days ago and was told that the last lot of points were being added to peoples accounts over the next week. He said if i hadn't had my points added after a week then to phone back and they would look into it, so i'm going to give them a call on thursday.

    Just wondering how other people are getting on with their point allocations?

    I spoke to a Customer Service Manager at Tesco today - I wrote to them last week after having received no points so farfrom the 5,950 I believe I am due !

    Tesco wrote back, the letter saying:

    "Thank you for contacting us.

    I'd like to resolve this matter for you as soon as possible, so can you please call me on 0800 50 55 55. When calling, it would be really helpful if you had your order number and the reference on this letter handy"

    :j I thought !

    Trouble is, when I spoke to said CSM, she told me to "Ring Infomedia on 0870 750 7860" :mad:

    When I did, I was told that they are *still* trying to reconcile the points from the offer and have not passed the list through to Tesco yet. The gentleman I spoke to claimed that this should be happening in the next 7-10 days.

    Now I dont know if I was being fobbed off, or if some names have gone through already - but it is odd that some people have some points already. :confused:
