Tesco Clubcard Loophole

I've registered but had no texts, and I can't log in to Clubcard to check my mobile number. Do I actually need the texts?

I shop at tesco all the time, so this is a great deal, and i will be using many of the products that were on the list.
only just signed up for the newsletter email last week - i got 2 wonderful money saving things last week (free sky+ box and taste london card) and now this week - loads of clubcard points from tesco

If you have a 3G phone (like the Nokia N95) ensure you connect to the internet using an access point that has "WAP" in the title. o2 3G phones are setup with "Mobile Internet" and "o2 GPRS WAP", the former will not work, telling you that you aren't an o2 customer, the latter lets me register no problems).

Thanks to the pearce for the bookmark sugestion and instructions.I've never even used my web browser before and I managed to follow all the info and register for the offers.Brilliant! Oh yes and then got 14 texts confirming I'm registered.

-To benefit from the Clubcard Points offer you must register your Clubcard for the offer and purchase the offer product
in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com before the offer expiry date.

-The Clubcard registered for the offer must be used at the same time as purchase of the offer product.

-Each registration is valid for only one product purchase. You can register and redeem each product offer up to 5 times.

-All products are offered subject to availability in selected UK stores.

-For products purchased before 20th April 2009, Clubcard Points will be awarded in the May statement. For products purchased on or after the 20th April 2009 but before the offer end date, Clubcard Points will be awarded in the August statement. Sorry for this question, it might seem a bit dumb but is 7750 points worth 770 clubcard vouchers?

no, its worth £77.50 in clubcard vouchers which can be converted to 4X this amount in clubcard deals vouchers
