Hi, I have registered for the promotion and followed all the instructions, got all the texts for the products I wanted, then bought the products. Does anyone know exactly when they add the points as I have read conflicting stories, on paid to shop someone had them added straight away , then other stories that they don't get added until your statement. Fortunately, all the stuff I bought, I would've needed any way, I just wouldn't have bought as many, but I don't need to buy again for some time... Thanks for any replies. Shrewdal
  • I've reloaded the O2 Active page several times but not got the ad yet. I see some people had to reload it up to 48-times before it appeard!

Is there any way around this - does anyone have a direct link?

The direct link has been quoted more than once already. It's actually on the first page of this thread (post number 20).

Again, it's on the very first page. In fact, it's in the very first post.

From the first post on here:

"If you buy the item(s) by 19 April, your points should appear on your May statement. If you buy between 20 April and 30 April, they’ll appear on your August statement. It’s worth keeping any receipts and saving your texts just in case."

Also, it tells you on your phone before you click through to register each product:

"Clubcard points will be added to your next statement, not your till receipt."

Thanks for your reply benf90 ,I was just a bit confused as someone had stated on paid to shop that they already had their points added, so it is strange why this person would say that if they do not appear until May statement. Thanks anyway. shrewdal

The direct link from page 1 worked for me and loads of other people who posted a few days ago. Is it no longer working then?*

*strange, it wouldn't let me post even part of the 'tiny' link here now, maybe it has been blocked which is understandable perhaps as it bypassed the usual route.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Offers have now changed.

This week Bertolli spread is the bonus offer - extra 50 points.

25 extra points for the 13 other items!!!!!

I bought all mine on Saturday so I'd better get the maximum points!

Oh I only registered yesterday and they have changed the offers today, now only 25 extra points instead of 100, and only 50 instead of 250.

But the T& C say this.
8.The offer has no cash value and any Clubcard Points can only be redeemed by the account holder of the Clubcard that was offered at the time of registration.

Does this meas as long as you registered when the offer was 250/100 points then you should get 250/100 points or are they enticing you to register with a higher offer of points and then cut the points when you buy?

Have just spoken to Tesco and they confirmed that even though the points value dropped today you will get the points value at whatever they were when you registered.

She also said that if you registered for a product when it was on extra points but bought it the following week then you would get the extra points as it's when you register that counts NOT when you buy!

Having said that though I bet if someone else phoned and asked the same question then they'd get a completely different answer!!

I bought my goods in Tesco this morning and just spoke to customer services. They indicated that as long as you were registered for the item when it was 100/250 points etc you could buy it today and get those points. Otherwise, what is the point of registering for the items only to find that the goal posts have then moved. I would have thought that registering is almost like a "contract"!
I'll be very upset if I only get the lower number of points!
