They pay for the eye test but you need to send the prescription to them. Just make a copy for yourself before you send it.

I assumed the visits were arranged by HO to check up on franchisees to make sure they're following brand standards and aren't doing anything to tarnish the brand image, etc. I was thinking they might be arranged regionally, because every time I see a wave on RE, they seem to all be in a certain region. OTOH, they could be competitor visits... Ta scuba.

I've just done my 1st ms job with Aba-i and I forgot to get a receipt. I've never known a shop to not give a receipt out and I just assumed it was put in the bag. I need to put the receipt number on the questionnaire which of course I can't do. As anyone else not got a receipt and still been paid. I hate to think I've just messed up my 1st job.

I once had a receipt which they queried me on because they said that the numbers didn't correspond to what they had so they asked me to scan it and send it across. Of course it was the only receipt out of all of my hundreds that I could not locate. They said they would pay me anyway as I had such a good track record with them and also filled out the report with loads of detail. Your best bet would be to give them substantial proof that you were there i.e descriptions of staff members and names. But I couldn't honestly say whether they will pay you or not. They are usually really fair and reasonable but it's up to the client really.

Which is quite funny as it means I have now done the same branch twice in under 12 days and with identical questionairres so I think competitor visits are ruled out. Have RE lost it or are GR doing some pilots I wonder to bid for contract ......
The job notes say its a competitor visit but it doesnt feel like one, the questions are too smiliar to a RE questionairre.

The ones on Grg are competitors, they have the "Indian food" contract and occasionaly do the competition.

With regards to the "underground" contract - I have done the exact same ones that were added to GAP today on RE before, and I haven't seen them on RE for many many months, so...

Can anyone confirm that they have used the 2 for 1 voucher at TNS fast pizza jobs and been paid by TNS?
It does not mention that you can't use a voucher and I know a few on here have used them during MS but I would like to check that TNS have paid in these instances.

I've done this before, with a petrol station job. I said that I'd assumed the receipt was in the bag but when I got home, it wasn't there. I took a photo of the bag, and the items I'd purchased, and said I could send it to them if necessary. I didn't have to send it, and I got paid without them so much as querying it.

I used to forget a receipt quite often when I first started, and now I ask for one automatically, everywhere!!

I think someone said they HAD, and had been paid, but when I did one at the beginning of April, I did email TNS to ask them, and they said I wasn't allowed to use it.
