Hey guys
I did an every little helps shop yesterday, but having a couple of problems with the questionnaire
the cafe was run by costa, so there is no operator number on the receipt to enter.
also there was no community notice board - but no option to say there wasnt one.
has anyone had something similar that they could advise?0 -

I just ignored the community notice board question and with the coffee shop I just put in 0000 and made a note of it at the end of my report.
Hope this helps.0 -

I have nowhere to select the type of shop (catalogue etc). I have selected 'open' and 'other' I have even tried 'booked visit'. The * does not work for me but someone did suggest a space which does bring up a mile of place names but still no jobs!
I'm beginning to think they have not activated me.... if that's possible.
Thanks to you and kman for your help. If no one has any other ideas I will contact them direct.
Thanks alot. You never feel totally alone when there is athread of hope!!
When you log in your shop choices should be in the bottom right hand corner of the screen - if you've got no shop logos down there, I would suggest contacting Abai...0 -
FF money also in today - AT LAST!!!! :j
It went in yesterday and the money is for December and January. I've been told February should be about the 14th April. They take a very long time to pay out
Well off to try and get tickets for U2!!!:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0 -
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it. What are your views on how to enter meal assignments for which no fee is paid?
For example, if I go for a meal for which I am being paid £30 and actually pay £50, can I enter £50 as expenses? Also, if I buy some clothes as part of an assignment and that is the reimbursement, does that class as expenses?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

I know - it's a good fee but you always wait ages for it! I emailed them last week and Marie said it had just been released, then the same day saw the post on here to say that it was due in on Thursday, so thought it must be true!!
Mine went in on Thursday but I only checked this morning - oh well, a bit more to transfer over to the credit card!
Lots of Gap money in too - it does mount up at least.0 -
I can't remember the exact wording of this but I remember SC and I a while back discussing it - I think we all agreed on the lower of what you spent and the reimbursed amount - UNLESS you're asked to spend more than the reimbursement as part of doing the job, so 3 scenarios:
A) Spent £10, reimbursed £30 - claim £10 as expenseSpent £30 (only HAD to spend £10), reimbursed £10 - claim £10 as expense
C) Spent £30 (HAD to spend £30), reimbursed £10 - claim £30 as expense0
