I tried Essex and the suggestion posted re a space and select the very last option on the list and I still do not get any jobs for any areas
Is there anything else I can try?
Make sure you select 'open visits' and 'other', then type Essex in the search box, leave the filter box empty and click on search - you should get something come up...0 -

After selecting the type of shop, catalogue, petrol etc click on 'other' and in the search box put a * then click search and everything in the whole country comes up. HTH and thanks again to whoever figured this one out.Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can

There was a good tip posted on this site a wee while back for making better Ab*i, don't remember who it was but I should have said thanks at the time.

Hi mharzuk
I have nowhere to select the type of shop (catalogue etc). I have selected 'open' and 'other' I have even tried 'booked visit'. The * does not work for me but someone did suggest a space which does bring up a mile of place names but still no jobs!
I'm beginning to think they have not activated me.... if that's possible.
Thanks to you and kman for your help. If no one has any other ideas I will contact them direct.
Thanks alot. You never feel totally alone when there is athread of hope!!0 -

I have no idea... all I ever seem to do is tell people take client names out. I've only been MSing for a few months, and I seem to have grasped it without much difficulty!
The same goes for the alerts only thread - the concept of "alerts ONLY" seems to be really hard for many people to comprehend!Dan

I just think that if you can't read the bit on EVERY ts & cs and also the OP of this AND the alerts thread, then how the heck can MSing companies begin to trust shoppers to actually read the brief?!0
