The Mystery Shopping thread - VII

Nothing left on my page either....all gone. As someone said previously - RE have grown way to fast - lots of clients and 1000s of shopper and the website just can't cope with the traffic. Hoping May will be better (though not looking good, only 2 jobs lined up) and I'm not going to make my target for April either.

There were 5 in my area (dorset / hampshire) ... the shop has 2 initials for its name .

Been waiting for the last day or two for the doughnuts to come on, only to find that their all kiosks or concessions, no "proper2 shops, which was what I was after for my local one (which is about 55 miles away!)

hilstep please could you take the client name out of your message. Its breaking the terms of your contract to say where you visit for each mystery shopping company.

I've sent emails to these plus the one that you gave and nothing! Not even a polite 'thank you for your comments'. I wasn't even rude in my emails!

Hopefully it's because they are too busy fixing the problem (I doubt it)

Any way, if everyone emails whichever address (all of them) then maybe they'll get the message.

BTW
I agree that the staff at RE are very friendly and I have no gripe against them.

What's annoying is that they think this new web-site is great, when we all know its rubbish. :rolleyes:

The more people that complain then maybe they'll get the message.
