Thats what happened to me too, what a nightmare site this is now, Obviously NOT taking notice of all the dissatisfied e-mails been sent:mad:

Every time it's down send another email.

I always e-mail and patronise them over their crap site. The main thing for them is if there site is crap and you can't log an assignment they can't then forward it on and get paid. They normally bend over backwards as generally they all seem like a decent bunch of folk who have no control over the website problems (that seem to occur more and more since it was revamped)

Totally agree whenever I've spoke to them they've been very down to Earth and polite folk. I think we need to send a few more emails to RE as in the last two months it's just been ridiculous.

Jenny is one of the good guys - she got me reinstated after some over zealous staff decided to suspend me for not completing a bonus report they didnt even tell me they had allocated me until 3 weeks after the original job! When they moved website ever wonder why so many 'bonus assignments' appeared - it was because they kept loosing the original reports cause the IT was so bad at the time, so got you to fill them in again in a slightly different way to look like it was a new style report for the client. I lost the head after being asked to do 4 'bonus' duplicate reports!

I'm not sure I'd entirely blame RE today - a few sites I use have been experiencing DOS attacks which could be whats happening to them.....but their carp site doesnt help matters.
