Hey everybody. I've just had a rather silly email from RE regarding a client query. I've written a response but I'm not sure if it's too far - I don't really want to get sacked. Anybody online now volunteer to read through it and tell me if I should moderate it a bit?

I had one today as well from RE for an Electrical shop - i pointed out that to browse a 1 meter glass cabinet for 20 minutes was an unrealisitc expecation of the client who queried the report .....

Hi, Am doing a job for RE next week. It involves visiting a garden centre and making a purchase of any product. You get £10 towards your purchase. If i buy a few things that add up to £10, does anyone know if i will get reimbursed the full £10 or just the cost of one of the items on my bill?
    thanks in advance

You should get the full £10 if you go over that amount but if you only spend £9.99 you will get £9.99 back.

RE only refund what you spend. If you buy several items, you will be reimbursed the full spend, i.e. 3 items at £3.30 each, you will get £9.90. Unless they specifically say in the job notes that you must only purchase one thing.
