Just got a query from Gap about a burger place I did. They say that the client is disputing the times that I entered. When I arrived at the burger place the queue was halfway down the main aisle and it took over 5 minutes to be served. However, the service was very good which I mentioned in my report. I'm refusing to change my times as they are correct and have told gap in an email that if they wanted us as mystery shoppers to lie about things just to please the clients then this should be written in the brief.
    Probably get sacked now!

Free burgers... nice while it lasted? :rotfl:

In general i reckon Gap are too scared to mention anything to the client - they're probably massaging the figures so much the client thinks the service is improving month on month.

Gap - If you're listening - I know you are - you've got to sort out this contract of yours before RE take it of you and none of us want that!

How about more freedom in what we can order or more freedom in the times we can visit?

The irony is that I hate burgers! But on this occasion I was already in the town and just picked it up as a few extra pounds (on the waist as well!) earnt!

You're right there go my free lunches! ;)

I got one of the GR Travel Agents. :T:T

So I've currently got *four* jobs in the pipeline for GR - must be a record! :rotfl:

i dont think re would get the burgers as gap do them all around the world and the training notes are about how they want the mystery shops to be consistant in every country. hence the cash only and don't take anyone with you rule.

re seem to only be based in the uk. perhaps someone like bare could get it though??

Regarding those GR travel agents. I saw one listed a few mins ago (gone now, but I could have grabbed it if I'd wanted). I did this same branch on 4th March.

Just curious - I didn't accept it because I feel it's too soon after my last visit and I would be recognised. I would have thought they'd ensure it wasn't offered to me in the first place? I mean, I'm quite happy doing supermarkets and electrical shops 2 months in a row, as they are quite large and have so many staff there's a good chance you won't see the same person - but a little travel agents with 4 desks????
