Morning everyone,
I am struggling today. I so neeeeeeeeeeeeed a decent nights sleep. It's these flippin tablets I'm taking. I have persevered with them hoping the sleep thing and very vivid dreams will settle but no such luck. I feel like my brain is constantly on the go 24/7 . I'm waking about 5 or 6 times every night and I'm only getting about 2 hours of proper sleep each night. Been like this for nearly 3 months now and I have had enough. So tomorrow when I go to the doctors I think I'm going to have to ask for them to be changed.
So my plan for today is - to take things gently and slowly cos I am absolutely pooped and I have a headache because I am so pooped:rolleyes:. It's so annoying cos it's really not like me to be so blurr, when the weather is as beautiful as it is at the moment. I'd usually have been whizzing through the lists and had them half done by now.
So back to be kind to Tag time  and I think I might just concentrate on doing a few Mudbath's. 60's in 60 today.;)
ETA - The cress and the mustard is growing:j Hard to muck those up I know, but they're growing nonetheless and DD and I grew them:D:D:D:D:D:j:j:j:j0 -

Morning all :hello:
I've overslept, don't know how but I haveJust finishing breakfast then I'll have to go get sorted.
Didn't get much flying done last night as I was exhausted.I did manage to wash all the dishes and put the WM/TD on with towels but thats it.
Won't have time tonight either as DD is at Brownies for 6pm and apparently needs to do some crafting for her artists badge so it'll probably take me a while to clear that up:rolleyes:
Ah well... I'll tackle the list at some point but I have tonnes of work due in on Friday (as much of my NVQ as I can manage to get done) and to crown it all my laptop has thrown a hissy fit so I'll have to take it back to PC world on Saturday to their help desk thing as I think its still under warranty...so thats a receipt to dig out at some point as well. Thing is I need it for my uni work as well 'cause the software that I'm meant to be using keeps crashing my PC
Right, off to wash my hair.... doubt I'll be straightening it today though, no matter how good it looks! :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
So I completely failed to get out of bed and go for a swim before reflexology
I seem to have a motivation problem where exercise is concerned at the moment, even though I get weighed again this week  and have been eating more than usual for the last week while my dad was here.
I have, however, put the DW on a cleaning cycle and had breakfast, so I now need to wash and dress, and will then do whatever I have time for before I head off for my appointment.
ETA - starting with doing my exercises!0 -
