Weekly Flylady Thread 16th March 2009

Hope everyone's well. I didn't manage to get level 1 done today but DID do the dailies & some general de-cluttering. I also saw my good friend who I've not seen for a week as she's been on holiday.

I'm going to a conference tomorrow so am not setting myself any tasks as I'm not sure what time I'll be back.

ive done so much tonight, im too tired to write a list to tell you all about it - but have ironed - for ages and ages

Sorted out 4 drawers, mostly of underwear: 1 for socks/tights, 1 for pjs, 1 for bras and 1 for pants - they are all in the right drawers which is a start. I will go through them one at a time and chuck half.

Mondays are Marvellous!! - kitchen and dining area
Level One
[STRIKE]Sweep[/STRIKE] and mop the floor
[STRIKE]Declutter and wipe the worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
Level Two
[STRIKE]Wipe the table[/STRIKE]
degunge the fridge
Wipe the units and large appliances
Level Three
wipe any drawers that are grotty and cluttered
Wash the windows and sills
[STRIKE]Run WM's and DW's through a clean cycle.. don't forget to scrub out the drawers and filters.[/STRIKE]
Extras

1. Deweb and polish
2. Clear out cutlery drawer
   
3. [STRIKE]Wash any curtains/table cloths that need it [/STRIKE]
4. S&S the hob & oven

Twinkly Tuesday - Living room, hall, stairs and porch!
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter ALL the floors!!
Clear the mantle of junk[/STRIKE]
Level Two
Vacuum/sweep all the floors.. stairs too!
Vacuum/sweep under furniture you can safely move!
Vacuum sofas
Level Three
Wash the windows
Wash any soft furnishings that need it
Wipe down ALL the paintwork!
Extras

1. Wipe and water plants
2. Dust all the electricals.. carefully.. don't want any frazzled flybodies
3. Binbag dance

5. [STRIKE]One load of washing[/STRIKE]
6. Put ironing away

Toots - we've done the photographing, we've liaised with the local police inspector. We've liaised with the head of transport at the council. We haven't actually tried the MP. Maybe that's the next call

Have managed to get up early which is surprising given I never ended up having an early night. Best friend up the road popped in for a chat. Never mind. There's always tonight.

thanks for all your good wishes for dd. it seems to be working, she is all chirpy and loud as usual :rolleyes: - but she had me up at 2am with her ear hurting so not all is well yet! - so no kids free today :cool: (oh and i were so looking forward to it!!)

mumof4 to me you are doing a great job!!! i've got only 2 and that's enough for me!! so your conservatory is more than deserved!! hope it's finished really soon!!!

Was up early again, but determined to get my flying done early. It looks like it`s going to be a sunny and bright day, so I think a bit of pottering in the garden is needed today.
Will hopefully pop over to the garden centre to get some compost and plant some seeds. I will try to catchup later with the reading. Have a great day everyone and happy flying.

Morning all

Woke up early feeling loads better so I got straight up to make the most of it! Breakfast eaten, book swap packaged and I'm about to head off for the earlier train than usual - may as well get in and get on!

With a bit of luck and hard work I'll get some flying done tonight...there's no reason why not.

Have had a sleepless night - boy plasterers did a sh*t* job of bathroom ceiling boarding and have only half finished the loo skimming so builder can't install today - I am not happy and feel vaguely hysterical - builder is coming round to prod buttock
