mumoffour77, wow.......I wasn't asking for you to justify just thinking my goodness with all you do how are you going to keep up with 6 bedrooms, I know I couldn't! Seriously good luck with it, must be costing a fortune and disrupting the children too, I know mine DON'T deal with disruption at all. Does that mean your DH will be home once it's done? Hope that you're getting support as it sounds like it'll be a lot of care involved when he does come home. As for the terms you use, you say it as it is, I get sick of having to be 'correct' in the terms I use when speaking with managers etc. Can you get disabled facilities grants to help with the shower room for DH etc? Sorry I might have come across a bit 'funny' with the 'why', always difficult to say things electronically.

:rotfl: I know you weren't!!!!! Dh will be home for visits:D not permantly....I/we couldnt cope.....And it took me forever to realise this:o , I have a showerroom for DH, my dad built it:).....The kids just cant wait for the extension to be finished the sooner the better as I will be able to get them into a routine;) of some sort I hope:rolleyes: I totally get it being difficult to say things electronically!!! Disabled grants are hard to come by, I applied when we lived in the old house and was told that I couldt build as the main sewer line was running through my back garden.....then I bought this place and done the work myself:D 30 grand:( its costing!!!! But im getting the drive tarmaced and a few bits and pieces done in the house aswell!! The builders put a cut roof on the extension and in time i will put a mini library up there or another bedroom!!!

Toots my completion date is 16th April:D

WM on yet again.....floors all washed!!
    settee in sitting room babywiped:D
    settee in sunroom is hoovered:)

Update on Gran.....she has very high blood pressure, and she may also have an infection!!! Mum got home about 30 mins ago....and she is wrecked!

Managed to unload the DW, put the stuff away and do my physio while making my hot water bottles.

Sadly I won't be able to make it to the London meet, as it's my brother's birthday and we're going to visit my parents so his fiancee can meet all the aunts/uncles/cousins/family friends! I just hope the poor girl survives it! I will be able to do the Southampton one though (Flower, if you're down this way and need a lift, let me know!)

See you all in the morning...

    Evening all.

Just caught up on the thread glad to see we kept it clean although i did have to do a double take on your picture of the digger doing your extension.

I had fun at the aqua class and reading the thread i nodded a few times so am off to bed. All the flying and the excercise has tired me out. I am so shattered.

Night all Big hugs to all who need them xxxxx

S&S the kitchen as dh did not wipe down after he had his tea. Men

Well, I'm back. Got really panicky in Mr S, it was packed at the checkout area. I've rescued our bank account as a stupid cheque hadn't cleared, the rent made us £71 overdrawn but I had £80 stashed away thanks to my challenges. I also gave £2 to a man who was playing th most beautiful music I have ever heard on a violin. It was so beautiful.
I saw a really bewildered confused man standing on a traffic island in the middle of the road. I was stuck at traffic lights and he was standing there looking around really confused looking. He didn't cross when he could have, and looked totally lost. I went all the way round Guildford one way system to get back to him, parked illegally and ran after him, by which time he was disappearing into the job centre! So then I had to go in a big loop and was stuck behind th very same traffic lights for ages! The whole thing took about twenty minutes! I'm seeing dementia everywhere these days! I'm sure that guy was fine, if not the job centre will have to sort him out.

Oh, and I saw a dog running loose on the road. It was the same dog I saw loose during snow week. I spent ages trying to catch it, but impossible, so today I left it. It always seems to know where it's going, and it was obeying the highway code! It went down a drive to a farm, so I guess it's girlfriend lives there.

What a nice person you are Rosepink :A

Thanks so much for the lemon juice tip, I've never managed to find soda crystals. Will put it on to clean now!

In my local market there's a stall that sells mainly "conventional" cleaning products, but also soda crystals, bicarbonate of soda, etc
