mumoffour77, wow.......I wasn't asking for you to justify just thinking my goodness with all you do how are you going to keep up with 6 bedrooms, I know I couldn't! Seriously good luck with it, must be costing a fortune and disrupting the children too, I know mine DON'T deal with disruption at all. Does that mean your DH will be home once it's done? Hope that you're getting support as it sounds like it'll be a lot of care involved when he does come home. As for the terms you use, you say it as it is, I get sick of having to be 'correct' in the terms I use when speaking with managers etc. Can you get disabled facilities grants to help with the shower room for DH etc? Sorry I might have come across a bit 'funny' with the 'why', always difficult to say things electronically.

Pah, DS1 put pay to studying by deciding to have one of his 'moments' still no idea why, he's hit crash out now as I call it (gets himself so worked up he flakes out) see if he can tell me tomorrow what was wrong. He just laid in his bed screaming and banging his head......no idea. Think I'm going to give up and go to bed. Got a meeting 10am in Newcastle, then another later. Actually, I think I should put a grocery order in online as I don't think I have got time to go shopping :o
One day I might be more organised...........

Bad start to the week... didn't go to the gym this morning, haven't done my exercises and didn't go to yoga or pilates either... lay on the sofa, read a book and ate junk (but not chocolate ;) ). This is NOT good.

I have the day off tomorrow, so need to get up early and get stuff done (or go for a walk/to the gym) before my 9.30 reflexology appointment, and then try to have a productive day.

I'm hoping that my low energy levels are something to do with my diet, and that if I up my fruit & veg intake again I'll feel better.

(((Hugs))) all round - I know you need them :D

Off to find my list, then off to bed...
