We saw a different person at the vets this evening who said that she thought it was benign because it was all on the surface rather than underneath which is heartening. But agreed it would be best to have it taken off and sent away for analysis if only to stop us owners fretting!
So, Beffy-Boo goes in for surgery on Thursday. All being well, I'll pick her up Thursday night after work. I've arranged to take Friday off so I can be with her Fri, Sat, Sun. DS is taking Monday off work so that'll be a fourth day she'll have someone to keep an eye on her all day if she's a bit wobbly.
Gawd, having a dog is just as bad as having children - what with the worry 'n all.
.
God bless the puppy love, hope she is OKPlease do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

He seems to have lost his enthusiasm and momentum. He still has one thing left on the last two lists I've given him, so he hasn't had a reward for a bit and I've refused to write a new one until he's completed the previous 2. He's just come up whilst I'm typing this, so hopefully he's going to complete one list by clearing out two of his intrays.
To be fair, he did help me with the proper list the other day in preparation for my parents coming to dinner, and he's been busy clearing out the loft in preparation for the people coming to insulate it on Friday.
How are you doing with your lists? Let me know if you need another number.

Evening all
Awful day at work, finally got myself in a fit state to do something mid afternoon. The day started badly first thing and I got really really mad about it and even ended up in tears in the loo (I can't explain how unlike me that is...I get angry at work yes but not upset usually). It's just incompetence that I cannot stand. I feel like I'm miles ahead of almost everyone else (esp some people!). I did spend a couple of hours looking at other jobs online but I have a feeling I'm always going to get frustrated at things. Problem is the kind of jobs I think I could do there's no way I'll get until I've got more experience!Anyway, enough navel gazing (I once put that in an email to a gay bloke at work who picked up that I'd misspelt it and said he'd enjoy an afternoon gazing at sailors :rotfl:).
I'm going to do minimal flying tonight and treat myself to a glass or two of wine and perhaps a bath. I'll stick a load of washing in and do some of the kitchen. 24 is on later which I love.
soappie - glad to hear you've booked the dog in. fingers crossed and vibes that the new vet is correct. I used to get really mad with that garage too!!
mumof4 hope your Gran gets sorted quickly...I'm going to phone mine tonight as I keep not getting round to it and your post reminded me how important it is!
kazw good news about grandson.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Toots - kitchen complete (and I've done the bathroom so at some point later in the week I'll be ahead of the game)
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Rach - big hugs to you for your difficult day at work. Loved the naval gazing bit..... :rotfl:
And I'm glad someone else knows the garage I'm talking about! We've been lobbying the traffic wardens and the Police for months. Apparently the owner has said - well you can keep ticketing the cars but I'll still park them up there. Regardless of the fact it narrows that road down during rush hour so the buses can't get through properly. It doesn't help that the local traffic warden is often seen popping in for a cup of tea!
I have sorted out the laundry and put the WM on a cleansing wash. The DW doesn't need it as it was done a couple of weeks ago. Kitchen has been S&S'd. I'm about to do a stir fry for dinner then I'll wash the kitchen floor then go to bed.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
