i have had an email re my order as processed but also find that for some glass shelves priced at 1.99£ they have invoiced me 3.98£ each
i have mailed to customer services ,no reply yet
would request all those who have ordered to look at the items and prices carefully

They're getting the sums wrong in the emails by the looks of it, when i got mine a product had doubled in price from £4.99 to £9.98. I thought they'd charged me the full price so phoned the customer services who were clueless and told me to send an email. Fearing the worst I checked my card and they had in fact only charged the same as the total on the email.

You can see what they have charged on the my internet orders page and the prices on there looked fine so id say look on that if your not sure as the email is rubbish, i think it was hard to read as well so a big :doh: on that!

Just got my In Progress email and all totals are fine.

It happens when you order more than 1 of something, i bought 2 of the same shirt at £4.99 to total 9.98, the email said i bought 2 shirts at 9.98 and total was 19.96, its right on the my internet orders page though, 2 at 4.99, total 9.98. I'm glad i didn't buy 10 as I think the total in the email would have said £499! - think I would have had a heart attack :eek:

Yep well I've bought 2 lots of 2 different items and 4 of another, and all correct

I got a fright too when I received my 'order in progress' email yesterday. I think what they have done is quoted the original prices in the email, mine came to £340 :eek: But when I looked at the total at the bottom, it was only £75 (wow - what a saving!) :T
