Well i thought i should save money coming on this site but have spent just over £200 on this studio-outlet place. I suppose its saved me money though as what i ordered would have cost a bomb at full price, but then i would never have ordered it!! So depends how you look at it as to wether ive saved or overspent!!

Anyway cant wait for it all to arrive. On the other hand though a lot of it is clothing for my daughters which will probably not fit quite right for some reason or other. Thats teenagers for you.

Did anyone else notice the wording in the 'Delivery and Returns' section?
Im a little worried as i dont want to miss the delivery and have charges, on the other hand having to wait in for the next 10 days solid is just not possible. The wording is:-

"A signature will be required for all deliveries. If items are returned to us as ‘undeliverable’, we shall refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less £5, in respect of our postage and administrative costs."

I have noticed that some items which were not available have now become in stock so it is getting updated. As to whether there are new items daily, i cant say ive seen anything new on there myself.
I know what you mean about the delivery. I think whatever company they use will allow more than one attempt before the parcel is considered undeliverable but I wouldn't fancy a £5 'fine' :-(

They is a bit naughty. I order 2 lots of gear from the site, according to the online account the second order didnt go through so I re-ordered and guess what, they have taken 3 amounts.

I tried to search for this site on Google, could'nt find it,maybe not registered with them?
Because this store is linked with studio24 ( i assuming it is) did this put anyone off from buying,as in the past some people have gave studio24 bad reviews, did'nt put me off as i'm still a customer with studio24 and had no problems, seems strange though that you can't pay studio24 with credit card online but you can with this site
:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T

you cant find this on any search ( which made me think they were a bit suss at first and why i alos think the OP work for em - ;) lol ) but its a firm caled Express Gifts and ur right fuzzyrazer, they also do studio24. also i can tell you the system thats running the site is called websphere commerce and this isnt ure average crappy web shop - its wots called an "enterprise application" in the industry and it dont come cheap and you need to be pretty clued up to set it up. i know this coz ive worked on the same type system and im pretty sure its an IT compnay in watford i contracted for last year thats set this up for em whihc is why the OPs post caught my eye. i think this a new thing for studio which is probbaly why you cant find it on the searches but if theyve spent that much money they mean business!! IMHO of course so if ure goods dont arrive :naughty: dont come bangin on my door!! :o

  • Thanks for this Hank, great site!

Has anyone managed to order anything (clothing) where you have a choice of colours.I've tried clicking on the colour I want then the size but it just refreshes and in in doing so gets rid of the size choice I made. Does the same for other sizes too.

    Help!
