Ordered 2 man tent last night and email tonight to say they are out of stock and my money has been refunded.
Site is much faster tonight, but stocks seem to be going fast. Does not seem to tell you items are out of stock, just wont let you order it.
Still brilliant bargains though and I will keep trying.:rotfl:0 -

I second that warning, I ordered some bedding (amongst other things) but didn't notice that it had changed the order so have ended up with a single duvet cover instead of a king sized which isn't a lot of use to me... I also noticed that the Ben Sherman shoes kept changing from size 9 to 10 but luckily I spotted that one so didn't order, seems to be a site "feature"!
I e-mailed customer services about the mistake as soon as I noticed (ie. once the confirmation e-mail came through) but received a canned e-mail saying I should have checked my order before confirming it! So much for customer service... I suppose at these prices you expect that though! Return postage would probably cost more than the original order so will see if anyone I know needs one...
Anyway, the prices are still incredible so hopefully the rest of the order will meet expectations, for the sake of a couple of quid I've still saved loads!0 -

10,688 people have viewed this thread,(bet vast majority of them have placed oreders too!) and only 64 have said thanks to Hank..........awwwwwwww wouldnt that of been nice if everyone had said thanks! lol
Also got my confirmation email tonight, but only says its in progress (meaning the order has been sent to the warehouse) hasnt actually been despatched yet......
also, theyve got the order wrong on that email........says 2 towels at £3.98 each,total £7.96........ but it was actually, 2 towels at £1.98 each total £3.98....
though the total was correct at the bottom of the order (£13.45 total to pay) as my actual order.
Hope all goes okay and doesnt need any chasing up, sounds like customer service is complete pants! lolTatts :hello: :kisses2:0 -

Same thing has happened to me.
Got an order acknowledgement on the 23rd stating my card would be charged £79. Today I got another e-mail from them but 3 of the unit prices had gone up. The total to pay was unchanged but I'm concerned they may try to bill me at the new unit rates. This would bump the bill up to £110.
Oh...hang on...nope, just checked my card online and they have billed me the correct amount. Would have prefered them to have checked to see if they have stock and despatch it before billing me.
Hope they don't try to tack on any of these price increases.

no that is 10,688 views, they are not necessarily unique! Many people look at the thread multiple times and each time that is recorded as a view and counted accordingly0
