Time Machine is the incremental backup software included with Mac OS X 10.5. You connect a hard drive, tell OS X to use it for Time Machine, and then it automatically backs up your files for you. It saves a copy of a file whenever you change it, as well as also saving any previous versions.

It's a really nice computer. I love my iMac. :cool:0

Yeah briefly went on my bro's at christmas but wasn't thinking about one then so can't really remember what I thought of it....well except for the image quality when looking at pictures which, in fairness, was nothing short of exceptional.
It's just how much I am likely to spend if I go for itHate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing

Know any students? They can get quite a large discount, which on a top of the range iMac would amount to a few hundred pounds. The Apple Refurb Store also have quite large discounts, and everything is as new and fully guaranteed.0

No I don't know any students - refurb hmmmmm dunno if I fancy that - think I'd rather have brand spanking new n up to date.
I'm in no rush and seeing one of your posts elsewhere on here may well wait for the new OS to be launched. Heck I may go for something else completely like a flavour of Linux - still open minded for nowHate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
