I am really sorry to have to e-mail you again as I only made a complaint last week in regards to the service in your store and now I have gone back in and again treated appallingly...
I e-mailed a few days ago and no response yet. I hope you get a favourable response and will post of any results of my e-mail to them in the forum.0 -
I emailed Boots on Saturday about none of the account card machines ever working - my nearest is 25 miles away - 50 miles there and back just for both machines to be out of action again. Anyway I still haven't heard anything back yet. :mad:0

Had a great weekend at all the glasgow boots! - Got 6 sets of the mini pre sun packs No7 @ £5.50 bogof in total, 2 skin face serum £7.50 bogof, had 3 £5 off coupons ( found one on the floor in store - hubby mortified!!!!!) and 2 x 250 point coupons, think I spent about £9 in total but also got 2 lilac bags and over 600 points. 3 babysitting presents of the gift sets were very well received!! Over £48 of No7 goodies ( not including the lilac bags) - Brilliant - also got another 3 clinique samples. Have to say they were better received at Debenhams etc than boots - why are we surprised!!No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

tinkerbell212 wrote:Hi, don't know who can help me. I bought the No7 organiser today, got the purple bag and bought 9 face masks. I paid with the £5 voucher and received 900 points for the facemasks. Total cost £13.- However, I didn't receive another £5 voucher. If I call Boots, will they get funny because I have been buying a fair amount of face masks lately (I do actually use them, the extra points are a big added bonus)? Could they take my card from me when I buy big quantities when they do their creative pricing? Don't want to risk losing my points...0

I would email CS - you are taking advantage of an offer that they give - doing nothing wrong - If you paid over £10 you should have got a voucher. They usually add 500 points on toyour card to compensate you.No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

I don't know what they will do to be honest, i wouldn't think there would be too much problem
I think someone else has posted this and the customer service just said "you didn't spend the required amount"
If you are really that worried then i would sign up for another card for hubby maybe or sister before you phone up but i'm sure they wouldn't take your card away as you have points on there and after all they make offers to make money so i can't see a problemRunning total for swagbucks - £270 since Jan

Yeah I really *hate* people selling free/trial size samples on Ebay. I think it's lame but unfortunately many are sold, and many are bought - so what do i know?!
Take a look at this one too...
