Does anyone else not like the fact that going from your Due Date, people can work out when you were having sex? My estimated day of conception was OHs Birthday!

Check your local council website! The house next to ours is virtually derelict but the owners periodically have fits of having builders in to do it up. The first time they arrived, the foreman said to me that he'd try to minimise any noisy late night or weekend working :eek: . As we have two kids, one of whom is autistic and very sensitive to loud noises I was not happy about any late night or weekend work, and luckily our local council has info on its website preventing professional builders from working after 7pm at night and only between 9 and 12 on a Saturday morning. When the owners of the house, and the builders, knew that I knew this, they suddenly became very accomodating about scheduling noisy stuff for a time that suits us, and tbh we've barely been inconvenienced at all by it.

Feelie, yeah, my EDD says we did it on the 4th December We were probably doing it most nights (cos we just got the little bunny friend for DH) :rotfl:

OK, off to get the kids, go to asda etc.

Ooohhhh, I wnet to cash and carry this morning and bought a tub of strawberry twists.... mummmmmmm yummmmmmyyyy mmmmmuuummmmmm nom nom etc

Yes Feelie - it's awful. OH's family were over on the weekend and worked out it was either Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.
Christmas Eve we were staying at their house and OH was plastered so his bro was saying he was surprised OH managed it as he was dribbling he was that drunk. MIL & FIL were saying OMG they had sex in our house, we didn't hear anything! Hello, after 9 years we've practised being quiet in your house!!
New Year they were at our house but I was blotto - have the pics to prove it!!

I said the worst bit about telling people your pregnant is that they know you've been 'at it' I mean they can be happily in denial about any noises etc but once there's a baby in there thats it our parents knew what we'd been doing!:rotfl:

Glam My mum happily told me I was probably conceived at my Dad's aunties in Durham - Thanks for that mum!!
PS. am I the only one that won't get jiggy in someone else's bed??
I had a chat with my sis and she feels the same, neither of us have done it in the spare room at mums coz we know the other stays in there too - on clean sheets obv!!
When we go up to stay with Sis we get her room coz it has space for Chris too so we haven't even contemplated it in there either - double whammy of Chris being in the room too

Well our baby was either conceived at home or while in a hotel in Chester. I know when I ovulated and was keeping a ttc diary so can pin point almost exactly when it was (just got out my ttc diary as I am intrigued now!): Ovulated on the 6th October, had jiggy on the 2nd, 6th and 9th. So I guess it was on the 6th itself!
