I'm off to bed... I'm cream crackered - just not sleeping properly at the moment and it's exhausting me so off to get a head start on the sleep :)

Right, you lot have to talk less through the day, it has taken me all night to catch up, I had saved a load of replies to a few posts and my computer just crashed !!!!

I am so not going through them all again, so no replies to anyone !!!!

I have my midwife tomorrow for my rhesus blood tests, apparently they do these for everyone now before 30 weeks even though they know I'm not rhesus neg????

Also need iron levels checked again as am still very tired and am getting floaters in front of my eyes
Also need to ask her about the pain at the top of my legs which is getting really sore now, so bad I struggle to walk sometimes without wanting to cry

EA, I swapped to maternity support bras (ie non-wired ones but without the clips on the cups for breastfeeding) at about 10wks. Went from a 34D to 36D by then, and now at 24wks (crikey, where did the time go?!) I'm in a 36DD, which to be truthful I probably should have bought about six weeks ago! :o

I was a 34D, at about 5 weeks went up to a 36E and at about 18 weeks was measured as a 36FF

    hey all,
Just a quick post from me this morning as lot to do at work...
glad to see i'm not the only one with Bump envy, I have one pair of jeans that make my bump look like a proper bump and I'm living in them!

Skintchick: i still don't know what I'm wearing on Saturday, I bought 2 dresses off ebay and thought at least one would be ok and they arrived yesterday...both are horrible and huge and so I spend last night online finding alternatives, bought another 3 dresses online and hopefully I'll fare better with those and then i can send back/sell on the ones that look hideous!
You find me on the day, you be the lovely pregnant looking lady and I'll be the hideous fat frumpy looking one....
    (grump grump grump)

You'll look lovely! I don;t even have a proper maternity dress to wear :o will be in a dress I already own and am hoping will still fit. WE will be the short couple looking lost :rotfl: We're evening-only so won;t be there till 7.30. :)

Bubba has been sooo quiet today I used the doppler to check all is OK and found the HB which is good, but at one point it slowed right down, which I'm thinking is not good? Should I call the Mw ro wait till my GP appointment next week? I don;t want to keep going in (I feel they think I am a panicker anyway) but I don;t want to ignore something that's wrong.

And I finished work today! Am hoping to work from home as a supplier for them, but will be able to control my workload, which is cool.

What have you eaten today? Anything sugary, cold and fizzy? If not, try that - apparently Lucozade gets baby's moving, and Haribo sweets works on mine! Haven't used my doppler in a while, but could it have been that baby moved and you caught your own heartbeat instead? OH used to find my heartbeat all the time - in the vein running down to my leg, I think! :o

Well pre pregnancy i was a 36DD and now they are trying to escape out of these bras lol.
All my bra's are underwired, so may have to get used to non underwired :(

And regarding the peanut allergy thing. OH has peanut allergy along with various others, he has asthma and i had it when i was young.

I'll just avoid them like the plague :D

Diet coke makes bubs move for me and as for the doppler, I kept finding my placenta heartbeat instead of the baby !!!!

Was deffo Bubba I got - I counted the HB and it was too fast for mine, plus I know where to get it now, but it did this slowing down thing. I don;t eat sugary stuff and don;t drink fizzy drinks really, but today I've had a cupcake, crisps, an apple, a posh burger and chips at lunch with an apple juice, some cups of tea, and two glasses of blackcurrant and soda after work.

Will try lying down in a min and see what happens - had hardly any movement today just a little in the car this morning but sounds active on doppler so maybe facing backwards and kicking my spine?

this is why I won;t buy anything yet - too scared we won;t make it all the way :(
