    If you do go to your manager first then make sure you do so by e-mail!!!! Make EVERYTHING tracable... List the incidents and why they made you uncomfortable etc explain you are very upset about being treated like this and you would like his assistance in addressing the situation before it gets to a point where you feel you will have no option but to lodge a formal grievance with HR to get it resolved - basically saying "this is your polite warning to get your staff under control - I know my rights and I am willing to take this further if it is not addressed ASAP!"

    Oh, speaking of my line manager.. I was telling her about me waking up with cramp over the weekend and she said she used to get that when she was pregnant (her daughter was five in Nov) and her Nan suggested stringing corks on a shoelace / piece of cotton and putting it in the end of your bed. Old wives tale apparently, but it worked for her! Anyone heard of that one?!

    Looks like I'm not the only one to hear it.. Even worked for some people! HA!

    May have to make a trip to the restaurant I used to work in.. they always kept the corks for some reason!
