Hubby was on the phone to his sister when the lady parts popped up on screen... He nearly fell out of his chair, was hilarious.... Next one has nekkid winkies in... Not sure I wanna see those!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Bear_family wrote: »Thanks for asking. She's not really said anything to me, other than (that's so cute I want to vomit) referring to my other half wearing a baby carrier with a teddy in for 20 mins to get used to it. She also told me I should sit next to a certain client when the team went out for lunch today so we could talk about babies (his wife is due in a week) but on the other end of the table so she didn't have to listen. Do these type of things count as harrassment?
I just know she feels uncomfortable me talking about my pregnancy for 2 reasons.
1, she hasn't got a clue
2, the conversation doesn't revolve around her!
Had an interesting conversation with my facilities manager who asked if my working hours were ok as I could change them to suit me and lots of other interesting facts.
One heads up if anyone is around paint or printers in an office. Stay away from paint because of the solvents and don't change toner cartridges because of the chemicals. Learn something new every day.
How are you, elle?

Yep as Mrs T said, She is treating you differently/saying things that make you feel uncomfortable that is in paraphrased layman's terms the definition of harassment0 -
Was wondering why I was so tired, then realised that it is 10pm! Hopefully OH will be home soon so I can make some dinner and go to bed!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Awww, I'm getting lttle kicks in the bladder, not so bad right now but when it's a bit bigger it had better not be doing that.
Bear family, I agree with Mrs.T. Keep a diary of every smarmy little comment. My boss with DS2 was like this, I was refered to as 'Pregnant Polly' infront of everyone, customers included. Snide little toad. Keep your chin up hun.0 -

I should know coz my and my bezzie missed out on it
Peeps have you not heard of "The Sex Education Show" before??
This is the 2nd series, My OH likes watching because there are boobs and he fancies the plastic woman who presents it, 39 my bum!! I've heard rumours she actually about 10yrs older than she claims0 -
Thanks, Mrs T and Sami. I'm keeping a record and will see how it goes.
In her own little way she things she's being funny.
This is her first management position. I did think about mentioning her comments to our overall boss, our editor, to have a word, rather than going straight to HR, as I sit next to this woman and could do without the hassle if she kicks off after being hauled into HR.

Her thinking she's funny is not the point, the harassment rules basically say its not about the intention of the person saying the things but how it makes you feel.0 -
BF, I agree with the others - keep a note of what she says, and also the people around at the time and the situation.
Half the time the comments my line manager used to aim at me were said at the same time as a senior manager was around - like her shouting out "Oh yes, I'd love a cup of tea Lyns" was her way of trying to show them how important she was and that she had a minion to run around for her.. :cool:0
