There is one upside to being fat and pregnant, I've still got an innie!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Oh guess what?!!!!
Senior manager handed notice in - I am next in line however was told last week it was bad timing with me being pregnant. I was just arming myself with sex discrimination info when boss rang, she wants me to act up for the next 6 months and help her out with loads of stuff as we have more sites coming on board. Will review then when I get back off mat leave as to whether they still need senior manager as it should be quieter next year.
I have asked what the salary will be so she will get back to me in the next few days - will probably be 3 days doing my job and 2 acting up!!
I don't care if I don't do it when I come back after mat leave - as long as I get money to save between now and then!!!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

Still an innie too, yay!
That's great news Glam, hope they offer you enough to make it worthwhile!
Well... I think my oven just gave up... Pukka pie night again too! It's not heating up this time as opposed to over heating before... And I just put a cake mix in there! Just spent 10mins going through the stoopid automated phone thing for the service centre only for an answer machine to pop on going 'sorry this office is now closed' Grrrrrrr!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

It's all dependent on salary now - I have emailed now to say I think it's best to seperate the jobs so 3 days doing my job and 2 days acting up and have 2 different salaries for each paid pro-rota. That way there can be no crossed wires when I return from mat leave from me or them.
It will also prepare my lot if I reduce to 3 days now and then go off on mat leave!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
