    Controversial emlou...

Glam, when I was pregnant with Aimee my Dad kept telling me if the baby took after me it'd be a dream... Apparently they used to feed me, stick me in the carrycot (on my belly!) I'd burp myself then sleep for hours... Sadly my beautiful daughter took after my little brother... My Mum always said if he'd of come first she wouldn't of had the rest of us...

Just waiting for Tesco to deliver my shopping... Usually have Asda but I actually took my time to check out both for prices last night, Tesco came out cheaper by a quid or so... But then I found a code for 750 extra points so figured it was worth the change... Only thing is, you have to pay extra if your substitutions cost more... I like Asda's policy, we've had some really cheap cuts of meat subbed for some really pricey cuts and it's never cost us more...

Oh, and I went for the 'no bags' option... Don't know if that was a good idea really, can't see me doing well dragging everything from the front door to the kitchen very quickly... Lets hope I don't get a jobsworth and the driver will carry the baskets through for me....
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

OK, so who else has bump envy? I can't be the only one, i went a pregnancy pilates and a pregnancy yoga class this weekend and found myself jealously eyeing up other peoples bumps and sticking my fat belly out to try and compete. I'm nearly 19 weeks and although I do have a bump, it just looks like fat....

I love my bump even though it's only 15 weeks - I find myself stroking it all the time! I saw a heavily pg lady at lunchtime and wanted to give her evils for having a bigger bump than me! Yesterday, a pg lady went to the chef at the carvery and he gave her 2 of everything because she was pg - I got 1 of everything obviously my bump isn't that obvious yet!

Girls, make the most of your small bumps... They're easier to haul around!

Was in town with hubby the other day and a slightly less pregnant girl was eyeing my bump at the pelican crossing... Hubby said her eyes were practically on stalks lol...

I find myself deliberately stroking mine when i'm out so that people know it's a baby bump and not a big fatty tum

Exactly what I do!! Also, my new smocks make it look bigger too! I am wearing one today and stood stroking my bump and someone tentatively said 'oh congrats' - I said Thanks and the relief on his face was so funny!

Krystal - this was probably what I was doing earlier without meaning to!

Last weekend a lady offered me a seat on the train, but other than that I've got to 37 weeks with no strangers even mentioning it! I've had no 'when are you due' questions or anything. I should be glad I suppose, I wouldn't want strangers trying to feel me up!

Hi Feelie - how you feeling?

OH's dad tried to feel my bump this weekend
He walked in and stared at my bump and went to put his hands on it - I had to pull away graciously. OH wanted me to pull my top up and show off my actual bump in the flesh - I mumbled something and walked off.

Nobody ever commented when I was having Aimee FG... Apart from my last antenatal appointment at 39+ weeks, the bus driver waited till I'd sat down before pulling out of the stand.... Only time that's ever happened!

I think this time, even though I'm fatter than I was last time, my baby carrying muscles are slacker so it looks more like a baby bump than a belly...

Anyway, am off to make a cake out of some over ripe bananas!
