I'm intending to get back the single futon (looks like this) from my parent's loft (need to check it's condition cos it's been in there for the last 5-ish years) and put that in baby's room.

We've got to say goodbye to our double futon so it will be useful to have a futon of some description plus save on buying another chair and free up some space in Dad's loft.

Congrats on the boy, Sami. Did you know Edgar means 'the owner of many spears'? So if you ever visit a zulu tribe be sure to take him with you! lol
    BFx
Everything I've seen for it it says either wealthy spear or great spear-man, Not why we picked it tho we just love it! First came into our heads from "Deadliest Catch" one of OH's fave progs, one of the fishermen is called Edgar and we both agreed its a cool yet not silly trendy name :D so we have a mix of the following
    Edgar : Lucky/great/wealthy spearman/warrior
    Aled: offspring
    Alan: precious/ little rock/ handsome/ cheerful/ noble
Haydn : Heathen or Fire. / Hay Valley/ hedged valley

I like my combination of Edgar Aled Haydn AKA Wealthy warrior offspring fire

I'm feeling very stiff and achey tonight.. I've got a wide leather belt on with my jeans and earlier went to sit on the sofa, bent my knee and put my foot on the edge of the sofa before plonking my bum down (like I used to be able to do). Obviously now with baby in there, belly went out and belt dug in - not nice at all! Also seem to have pulled something along the top of my thigh too so that's gone stiff and I've got backache :( Is this what being pregnant really feels like? :o

ETA: I've woken up with bad cramps in my calves as soon as I flex my ankle for the last three mornings too. Always found myself to be lying on my back when I wake up - is this why I'm getting cramp? I just thought the sleeping on your back thing was something about making you dizzy.

  • Elle - you have my sympathy, I'm really aching - doesn't help I'm trying to do things as I would before, forgetting I'm preggers! I really need a hot bath to ease all the aches and to have my bath oil in, the skin on my legs is really dry - it will have to wait to tomorrow :( if BG get the part!
