Tinkerbell - we have the iCandy - not the cherry tho
Granted Roo hasn't arrived yet but we've had several plays with it and we're so far very chuffed
DH had it down last night to show to equally gadget freaky neighbour and was moaning because he couldn't get the maxi cosi car seat to fit in - growling that it was FAR to stiff even for being all new etc...
Wasn't until I pointed out he had the things it fits into the wrong way round and wouldn't you know it... it clicked straight in... he'd been manhandling it trying to force it in! ARGH!
Obviously it might all change when we actually have to use it with Roo but so far we love itDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
My DFW Diary - blah- mildly funny stuff about my journey0 -
Mines a Silvercross - the same pram bit as the 3d, but on the classic chassis (I had a thing about big wheels!)....
:D
The 3D is smaller - one of the reasons I don't like it its Chris is tall and outgrew all things silver cross way too quickly!
We had to stop using the carseat at about 5 or 6 months, lie flat bit 4mths and forward facing bit 9mths - Really p'ed me off that my mum spent about £300 on the whole thing and I only got 9mths use out of it!!0 -
Names - I'd never be able to use my dads name if we have a boy.... It works in Denmark but Bent just isn't going to work in EnglishDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Tine - men are soo stupid sometimes, I nearly died when I saw what my dad had done to my buggy  he had bent a big piece of metal!! god knows how hard he must have forced it to do that!!0 -

Its a lovely comfy, cosy pram, and Violet is asleep as soon as she's in it and it starts moving.
But, at 10lb 8oz, she's quickly filling it - but by times she outgrows the pram bit, it'll be summer so we can turn it into a pushchair. If you had a big winter baby it might be a problem!
The car seat won't fit in mums Saxo or OH's BMW M3 (stupid boy car!), but fits fine, front or back, in my sensilble mum car (Picasso).
I'm glad i bought it - and would probably buy it again. We got it from Kiddicare (bargain), but went to Mothercare first to make sure the car seat fitted in my car.
Poppy was 8lb 11.5oz born and a winter baby and it didn't outgrow the pram but I have heard of people saying that and also the same about the carseat.
Luckily the car seat fitted in all my family's cars (and she went in lots!). I really loved the 3D but haven't used it at all this time. I was planning to but then bought the Phil and Teds which is just wonderful!.

Language is a funny thing!
oh I meant to tell you I asked my sis what she thought of Kai as a name and she said she loved it but should spell it Kaj as she had a danish patient called Kaj and he was lovely0 -
You can spell it Kai or Kaj
Both are perfectly normal
My step dad is Kai Ole... Personally I prefer the Kai spelling to the Kaj and probably Kai is less likely to be mispronounced
