Good gawd ladies, taken me ages to catch up, too much chatting!
Was looking for MFD then realised it was Thursday, doh!!! Has she got anyway of letting anyone know or do we have to wait?
As for how close the hospital is, 30 miles from here in either direction and because of the rural roads approx 35-45mins.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
hmm maybe I clicked the "ignore button" just in time and its not showing because I haven't got any

I have been signing Celine Dion and 'All by myself' all day - can't get it out of my head, left it on when I was in the shower this morning. You little tinker you!
Here!I hope you were doing the air drumming to go with it!
Hope MFD is well on her way to holding bubba by now!
I've had a nice day.. "nasty boss" has been replaced with "nice boss" - same boss, just with a better mood! We've been chatting all day. I told her about people at work talking about my eating and she's going to eat lunch with us tomorrow and tell them to shove it (she's not as polite as me
).
I've been eating dried mango pieces today too - boss brought them but doesn't like them (prefers the pineapple, which I don't like). In an orange bag from Morrisons. Very nice!
On the working up to EDD front, I'm due on a Sunday. The week before will be Mat Leave, the week before that will be holiday and the two weeks before that (from 36 to 38wks) I'm going to spread five days holiday over ten working days so I'm working part-time, a mix of full days off, full days in and half days. It was my colleague's suggestion. Before going part-time, I'll have my replacement with me for three whole weeks so I can teach her everything then, then in the part-time weeks I'm just going to float around, helping out if she needs me, and visiting various colleagues all over site. Also been told to take a book in with me or my laptop (will be on here all the time!)
Triggles.. Nice to see you back! Hope things get easier for you xx
OH's best mate is here (well, they're off playing squash right now). He'd been in the house approximately three minutes before I wanted to wring his neck!
I've got lots of budget stuff to do tonight. OH phoned CCCS earlier about his DMP and upcoming court date (threats of charging order, yadda yadda) and got the most obnoxious adviser in the world!! He was asking loads of questions about my income and said I should be contributing more to the household!! Cheeky !!!!!!!! OH's debts are nothing to do with me, but the "advisor" seemed to think I should be paying more to free up more of his money to pay his debts. I pay exactly half of the bills but not the mortgage (OH's house before I knew him, nowt to do with me!) but said "advisor" thinks I should be paying that too, regardless of having no claim to the house!! I will be paying an equivalent amount to my parents for all the work the house is having done to it - again, not that that's anything to do with CCCS! The "advisor" asked how much I earn each month, then after checking the amount I'm paying according to OH's budget, practically demanded to know what I was spending the other £1k of my salary on! Grrr.. OH is going to phone back tomorrow and hopefully speak to someone with more sense!

MFD txts AF but then again AF hasn't been here today (you lurking, love?!) so if things are kicking off for AF too, that probably wasn't the best planning! :rotfl:
ETA: Just checked and our hospital is 1.9miles away from home and apparently takes 6mins0 -

On distances from hospital, I'm really lucky, I could walk to mine in less than 10 mins, and by car its about 3 or 4 mins as long as you dont get stopped at the traffic lights at the bottom of the road !!!
The ambulance station is right beside the hospital aswell so I like to think I should be OKThe two best things I have done with my life
