Nicki, hope yours goes well tomorrow.. is everything sorted for you to have your care at the private hospital? :) Can I ask, do you pay as you go along, or just get a big bill at the end?

Pay scans and blood tests as you go, then big bill at the end for all the ante-natal care (fixed fee for that no matter how many times you are seen), delivery (fee is fixed but depends on whether c section or vaginal delivery) and stay in hospital (a nightly rate)

    Morning everyone

Having slept for 12 hours straight, I feel exhausted :rotfl: but my bleeding has stopped completely :j :j :j

Weezl love your last post, that makes so much sense. I found after all my births, I replayed the scenes in dreams for months after.

Also relived them through telling the story to anyone who would listen. I even find others BS's fascinating (even when not pregnant).

Good luck at the BF group Krystal & MFD, I think I was lucky with BF, I was given huge melons which could feed every child in the area, I usually start leaking from about 6 months on. One poke in the chest and I have instant "water pistols"

Hope you enjoy the scan Jillie and all is well.

Elle gee I use my kitchen table to sort out the ironing, now with another on the way, I think we need a biger table to hold it all.
  • I'm glad your bleeding has stopped Mrs Moc, it must be a huge relief.

To all those ladies on a jiggy ban it must be awlful to be told you can't but I have absolutely no interest at all. Can't remember the last time DH got his wicked way! Although with heartburn from hell and feeling the size of a small house, loads of housework and college work to do, looking after DS1 I really can't be !!!!!d. Not missing the big O's as never had them before I was pregnant anyway so not missing out on anything, just want my sleep!!

    Strop alert

My back hurts and my hands are starting to swell (due to hot office not blood pressure!)

I have politely emailed my TL and HR:

    Hello,

I would like to arrange a desk assessment as soon as possible as I am struggling at the moment and feel that my work is being effected.

    Thank you

What I really wanted to say is.... if you dont give me a decent chair and turn the heating down now I am going home!!

But my OH works with me and has said I am better to be polite then strop if they are being difficult. It is a company who can be very difficult if you dont jump through all the right hoops.

Any way enough strop from me.... how is everyone else? Hope all is well in Bumpland :D
