    Still heeeeeeeeeereeeeeeeeeeeee HS92836dancingkawaiianimals.gif

I do post most days on the "what small DFW things have you done" thread......just dont always manage to get back to my own thread :o

All ok though, still doing the healthy eating, trousers getting looser :j

Quiet weekend coming up, DD is off to a Brownie sleepover so one less in the house, not that the noise level will change much! We are also buying same DD a new bike tomorrow, but out of her savings account, so its her money. We have sold her old one to a friend, which helps too. She has just simply outgrown it, my little girl is becoming a big girl!

been tidying the garden, all coming along nicely, had about 10 strawberries now, & got a flower on the courgette!!

  • Pleased to hear that you are becoming slim jim! Its all progress my dear!

I used to be on the small dfw today thread, though as I am not online everyday I have let that one slip a bit. If in the future I do get a lappy and I can log on all the time, then I will surely commit back to it.

At the min, I am sticking to my diary and stalking, errr, I mean following a few others with interest!!!!

    Be good and don't spend!

Hmmmm. Time for a big Mogchops update..........

So much for the daily posting........I did try honest guv, time just runs away with meeeeeeeeee :o

Had a bit of a stress thing going on, been off work since last Thurs, had a panic attack in the morning. Finally saw doctor yesterday, & been signed off work for 2 weeks. :o Am relieved, in that it removes one factor of pressure, so I can now concentrate on bringing down stress levels & getting back to normal service. Its not work related, just a combination of everything I think, but problem is, it goes straight for my tummy, :o so I end up with constant upset tum, which stresses me even more when leaving the house, as I worry that I'm going to be ill & wont get to the loo, iyswim. :o

Have been trying very hard to combat it this week, been out on my bike every day which is good, & been to school & back fine, & managed small go in sainsburys yesterday. :o At least with this heat dont feel like eating much anyway.....its doing wonders for the (intentional)weight loss :o

Anyway....enough moaning on. DH has been absolutely brilliant, he is so wonderful and supportive, I am so lucky, he really is one in a million. DDs are both fine, apart from melting in this heat bless em!! So hard to sleep at night.

Money wise - not too bad, got £76 coming from Quidco :j:j will go towards holiday spends. Its 3 weeks today, I cant wait!!!!

*focus on the holiday, focus on the holiday*

I had a panic attack once. It was awful. Downright scary mary.

Hope you are ok now and pleased that the Drs are helping you out and I hope that the meds are taking effect.

    Still here, still alive!!!!! :rotfl:

Still off work, which is a blessing, just concentrating on getting through one day at a time. Had first counselling session last Friday, which was good, and she has referred me to another lady who does a therapy called EMDR, which they think will be very beneficial for me to sort out my head. Went to see second lady today and went well, so am feeling positive about that. Just want to be sorted enough to go on holiday (in 2 weeks!!) without having major stress!!!!

In other news.....all pretty much ok, am cycling every day which is good for the lardy tum :rotfl:and clears the head too. Garden is looking good, have harvested broad beans, carrots and potatoes!! All very exciting.

DDs have both gone up a level in swimming, very proud!! All looking forward to doing lots of swimming on holiday. Have been looking online at the pools & slides where we are going and it looks fabulous!!!

    Focus on the positive!!!!
  • How are you ? What's new ? How are you feeling ??
