    We have returned!! :j:j

We have had an absolutely super duper fabulous weekend, lovely lovely time with family eating and drinking too much and enjoying some wonderful music!!! :T

Back to reality now though :p piles of washing and work tomorrow!!!

Seem to have lost a few tomato plants while away, but never mind, still got quite a few left, and have returned with strawberry plants, courgette plants, and various pansies and other flowers from my lovely stepmum!

So much to catch up on now!

    busy busy busy Mogchops!!

Just making a "to do" list for tomorrow (my day off ) and I think I need a 30 hour day instead of a 24 hour one!! :rotfl:

Shopping, cleaning, ironing, planting, cooking, its never ending!! But I know I will feel immense satisfaction when my house is sparkly and gleaming, and my plants are all nicely sat in their bigger pots!!

Done my meal plan for next week, along side my shopping list. So will shop tomorrow and not deviate from either list or plan! I am enjoying the being organised part!

DH knows how I feel about the beer, and he is trying again bless him. He is so good in every other way - its just this one thing we struggle with. :o

Money - still havent got any!! :rotfl: but hey, I am laughing about it now instead of crying, so that must be a good thing!

Its our 11th wedding anniversay on Saturday, wont be doing anything as DH is working 15.00-23.00 (boo hiss) but its still something to celebrate! :j

Ooooh busy day for you tomorrow then....but I agree, it's sooo satisftying when you have a lovely, clean and tidy house (even if it never lasts long with 2 daughters eh?!!)
I must do my meal plan and list too - I'll go to T's on Sunday when my 2 see their dear father. Girls have 2 friends sleeping over tomorrow as it's G's 12th bday on Sat. Sat pm my friend and I are taking 8 of them swimming (coffee and a sit down for us while they swim though;)) and on Sat eening we have my bro-in-law's dad's retirement party -a fun night out for G's bday!!

Roll on Sunday...I'll need a rest.
You have a lovely, cheap anniversary:p
I really need to sort out a new signature!

We did have a nice anniversary - for the couple of hours in the morning that we were together before DH went to work!! :rotfl:Was so touched - the DDs had made us a lovely card, all in secret, done it all themselves without anyone asking them to - was almost crying!!

Had a very productive Friday - shopping with mocs, kept it cheap, did lots of housework, got all the plants potted on that needed it, felt really good when it was all done!

Older DD at sleepover last night, dropped here there at 2pm then me & younger DD went over to my mums, had a lovely afternoon doing horsey things! DD was doing very bouncy trotting on a shetland pony!! :rotfl: Stayed for tea at mums (yum yum no cooking).

DD woken up bit poorly this morning though, got a temperature, calpol been applied, she's now snuggled on sofa!

Today I am most definitely definitely going to sort, photograph and list stuff on ebay. If I have not done it by tonight I will give myself a forefeit of running down the road naked singing Mamma mia. There, I've got to do it now!!! :rotfl::rotfl:
  • Ha Ha at the ebay challenge hope you do that becuase it may be sunny but the wind is cooold. Its the photo taking I hate the listing is not too bad once I start. Im cheating at the mo using a friends account so she does photos and we have shared the listing. It has paid off though £25 ish profit so far.

:heartsmil at your kids and the card that is so sweet of them. Little things like that make up for the day to day niggles.

Hope DD feeling better soon, calpol works wonders along with a rest.

Look forward to hearing about your ebay progress later

Progress is good, all the stuff gathered together and all the pictures taken!! :j So just got to do the listings later, when DDs gone to bed!

Younger DD seems to have recovered, though she is still tired. Early nights all round as elder DD is in a foul mood because she is also tired from having no sleep at the sleepover!! And DH has gone to work. Oh happy me!
