Grrrr  Just wrote long post and lost it!!! Starts again......

Welcome to Mogchops land!! All good here, got no money but hey, am still positive about it! Its amazing how my attitude to money has changed over the past couple of months! :D

Ebay - all listed, had one BIN already :j:j rest finishes Sunday/Monday, hopefully will make a few pennies!

Garden doing well, broad beans coming along very nicely, along with spring onions, cabbages, lettuces, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, strawberries and a courgette!! Got lots of bedding plants too. Am very proud! :p

Really need to get back to my healthy eating/diet wagon, I went from 12st 10 to 10st 12 :p from May 08 to March 09, and I was so proud....but over the last month I have crept back up to 11st 3....I know its not a huge amount but I have yoyoed so many times I really dont want to do it again!! So Focus Mogchops.......and if I post it here, it will make me do it!!

Well, what are we up to then? I have changed the title of my diary - "where do I start" seemed a bit wrong now - as I have started!! :rotfl:So its now officially the Diary of a Mogchops. Thats me, the Mogchops! (Well actually, Mogchops is our pet name for the cat - not her real name - but I like it so there! :D)

Been a bit of a struggle the last week, but child benefit money hit the bank yesterday so that has helped!! Big shop at Mr T yesterday (keeping to list/meal plan and using mocs) so the cupboards are no longer bare! Get paid on Wednesday too.

Unfortunately got a rather expensive month coming up, and am racking my brains for ways to keep it down! Next Saturday we are going to Scotland for 5 days, to stay with DH's parents. Thats a 6/7 hour journey - full tank of petrol each way, so thats nearly £100 before we've started. OK they will feed us, but we will be going out & doing things, & its really difficult to say to them we havent got much money! :o

Got 4 birthdays coming up too, trying to think of presents that are cheap without seeming cheap, if you know what I mean! One of them is my mums 60th, have already got ideas for that. I have borrowed some old b&w photographs of her & family, along with lots of others more recent, & am going to scan & upload to make a photo book. I know she will love that!

Garden coming along well, veggies all doing well, considering this is our first year growing our own produce, it all seems to be going splendidly!! :rotfl: Am even collecting slugs every morning  never thought I would do that!

DH is doing very well on beer still, previously he would keep it in the garage (out of sight!) but I am now keeping it in the kitchen, and putting x cans in the fridge each day, and he is happy with that and drinking a lot less. Am v proud of him!! :T

Doing well Mrs.....;) Lovely idea for your Mum's birthday - she'll appreciate the effort that's gone into that too:D
I'm off to Mr T's on Tues for my shopping so must take a leaf out of your book and take some MOCs - do you find them on the vouchers etc board on here?(I had a look but got confused, wouldn't wantt to give coupons to the cashier andhave them say nooooo!) I've registered with paid to shop but again, I get easily confused with which coupons I can use!!!

    Keep going with the slug-flinging!

(And do you want me to start the 'small dfw' thread in the morn? I'm up and ready early on a Mon,def by 7am)
I really need to sort out a new signature!

Ohhhh yes I am a serial Tesco'er!!!!! I've just changed up £125 worth (to make £500 in deals) for our 80's weekend at Butlins in October - me, DH, and my best friend & her boyfriend, its on my birthday too, cant wait!! :rotfl:

Also changed up £25 worth to double up to £50 for clothes for me :o its the only way I will get anything remotely resembling a summer wardrobe this year! Oh, and I may treat DH to some socks :p;) And also changed a load for Longleat passport tickets ready for DDs birthday in August. When it comes to Tescos, I am right there, yeah baby!!! :rotfl:

    (ok, losing the plot now.......)

MOCs - look out on the daily newspaper thread, and on the printables thread and the magazine thread. When it comes to using them in Mr T, look for young bored (pref male!) SA on the tills, smile sweetly, hand them over, & see what happens!!!!

Yep, by all means start tomorrow if you are up early, & I will do Tuesday if you like!!

We're going to Minehead on 2nd October. I went with a friend last year and we had an absolutely brilliant time, so am dragging DH back with me this year!! It really was such fun, would really recommend it!
