I got my card at weekend...got 9 months at 0% and wasn't charged a fee to transfer balances.
:T0 -
Yay - got my card today -£4750 credit limit- 9 months 0% for BTs - applied on 1st February. Thanks to people on this site for tipping me off to apply early.
Sending back my Co-operative card shortly and then I need to find a new card to transfer my Capital One balnce to before August.0 -
The story so far...
Applied originally on the 18th January, spent the last 2 months "proving my identity" (even though I have banked with them for the last 10 years! ) and generally going backwards and forwards between India and the branch down my road...
Todays episode.
Went into the branch "to sign the agreement". The "agreement" had magically changed my credit limit from £5,750 to £2,000  and just as magically shaved the interest free period from 9 months to 6 months
In next week's episode.
Countless calls to India, visits to branch, calls to India, visits to branch ad infinitum.
This is the worst banking experience I have EVER had. At least I don't bank with them anymore:T
