Try contacting customer services (general number) on 08442 414141. This is the number I used today and a few months' ago. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful (had billing queries and in both cases, mentioned that I'd signed-up to Sky via the MSE website offer and I think that this helps in resolving issues).

Also, if you want to put a referral for people to use then the place to do it is the referral board as board guides may remove it from the other areas
