Yes they put a GPS trackers in your car for free and you must only drive between 5am - 11pm any other time and you are instantly fined £25 also i think they can track my speed as well so i be keeping my eye out for those speed signs But no its not the pay per mile policy its just restricted driving times but my annual mileage is only going to be 6000 so it doesnt matter

I didn't realise More Than did third party excesses, it must be a new thing or something they do for young drivers.

We are not used to third party excesses as they are very rare which is why we did not realise what it meant
