i overslept this morning :o i obviously needed it but dont like it when i loose part of the day...

i have done a full service on my generator as a penance..:D
my hands tell the story !!:rotfl: i usually wear like medical gloves but couldnt find them..:(
it definately runs better when its been done. the "shop" charges £200 for a full service.. costs me £20 :j. i change all fuel filters,do an oil change and check ALL electrical wire connections.
ive been to scats and got dog food and feed for mabel.
the food bill re horses will drop dramatically as it was old barney boo who ate most of it...:(
ONE of the ladies behind the counter there is one of those infuriating types that is vocal about keeping certain animals as food sources only and NOT AS PETS... and rubbishes anyone that does..... today another lady asked me how mabel was in this weather and i got a long lecture from lady no1 about what a waste of meat and money she was....:mad: the shop fell silent and as she continued i took a deep breath and asked her " does your husband believe in cannibalism?".....:D laughter from around her ended her comments....:rotfl:

Alfie - I get the shouldn't keep sheep unless they're destined for market & it's really serious stuff from some who shall remain nameless. They keep on about shouldn't be allowed to keep pets on a croft. I ask when they intend to eat their dog.

What a nasty night out there - wind & driving rain with the power flickering...........

I keep meaning to sell more online but I find it quite stressful if the sales don't go smoothly and for the pittance a lot of things make it isn't always worth the effort for me.

Just checked the weather forecast and it is due to snow here over the weekend  totally gutted as I had planned to get some weeding and digging done. Guess I will have to make do with some seed planting indoors.
