    Hi Gigervamp, here it is:

I'd think it still works, given a battery connection, although the last user had a 9V adapter. The patient electrical connections are in the under compartment.

I had a similar machine that had glass rollers & a glass comb shaped impliment - it was all housed in a mahogony case. It was thought that it would restore hair & the roller thing was for wrinkles.

The wind is blowing a hoolie just now.

Alfie try whisky or brandy swished about your mouth it helps the blood vessels .....or summat.....or just swallow it.

I've brought the ''lawn ponies'' through for what must surely be the last time this year. :) While doing so I noticed some red and green peppers in my long forgotten about potted plants from this summer, then checked the mainly dead toms and found a good handful there of yellow cherry toms and some small red ones. DECEMBER OUTDOOR TOMS AND PEPPERS. Its quite, quite weird.

Not a lot of sleep had here - really strong gales & lightening throughout the night. Must of gotten slightly milder as a lot of the snow has gone fron the tops. We are supposed to get very heavy falls on Sunday night. Don't feel ready for Winter yet.
All the wee birds at the feeders makes a lovely sight. Yesterday when out noticed the long tailed tits back - or travelling through or possibly resting from the gales.
Wish we could afford the roof sheeting & cladding as water is dripping through the house.
Off for a sneaky bath later - so that's a plus!
