Yup, looks good to me. Nice area, and the neighbours across the road should be quiet! :rotfl:
I'm jealous. Looking at the contours, I'd say you have potential there for a small lake.
Won't go for the guide price though, with the 'big village' up the road being so popular. Still, that's the down-side of an up-side if you see what I mean.0 -

rummer...where have you been? You were missed...how is the garden now afte rthe summer ravages?
I, er, think I might have over ordered roses for the red garden....I'm sure I can squeeze them all in, but want room left for pink stuff too (I want it to be kath kidston/1950s, so reds and pinks)0 -

Thank you for welcoming me back! I have been away so long that I am a bit embarrassed popping back
I have been actively focusing on cleaning the house so daydreams and the garden have taken a back seat. The garden I think is just going to be left over the winter with the hope of it being a bit more productive next year. After the storms trashed all the work I had put in I never really got it back on track
The things that did survive were sadly disappointing too, I think in main due to poor seed choices on my part. Mind you I have plenty to see me through next year
It also looks as if our daydream is going to stay exactly that due to our current circumstances.
Oh no I have just reread what I have written and you will all be wanting me to go as I am so doom and gloom :rotfl::rotfl:Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -

First frost today! The lawn is white, taken photos but wish I'd thought to take them a bit earlier!
Yesterday OH got peony planted that my Counsellor gave me as a housewarming gift. It was in a pot, and had died down completely, so hope it survives its transplanting. He also began pruning the variegated holly tree. Cat from next door but one was rolling over one of the garlic beds, so OH also been pruning the much more prickly holly from hedge at the back and laying it over the bed to try and discourage the cat. Unfortunately he also cut a HUGE branch off another holly that had loads of berries on that I was hoping would still be there by Christmas. Men! :mad:0 -

oh, but if you put it in a bucket of water in the dark and cool they'll more than likely last until christmas now....so you can use it decoratively in the house...do you have somewhere with no light?0
