Mummyof5 - hugs to your family. Have to say both of mine were summer babies - it's great. DD spent a lot of time in the pram under the apple tree! And a lot of babies many years ago spent the first three months in a drawer - you could clear one out perhaps?
Dusty - hope things are a bit better this morning
EmilyJ - big, big hugs love. I hope you feel better this morning. I turned Comic Relief off because the messages were too powerful. They expected you to laugh one minute and then you would cry the next. It didn't sit very well in my view.
Kazw - good luck with the descending hoardes!
Slept very well last night. Am going to bath in a moment then wash my bedding. I shall try and get at least one more star for this week.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Morning ladies.
Still got a face on me like I'm chewing a wasp.
OH has apologised but I'm not in the mood to forgive - PMT head on (how are you today Mrs PP?)
Still the sun is shining so I will do some gardening today. Garage is also to be cleared so it is ready made pizza for tea to save time - might make some tom soup later though.
Don't think I'm going to bother playing catch up on my list I'll just do what needs doing and see where it ends up - tomorrow is another week after all.
Emily/Soappie - I found it too harrowing too, it just doesn't fit to show you such a sad film and then have presenters jumping around laughing, I don't do emotional swings like that. I was amazed at how much cash it pulls in though so I guess that is good. I hope you are ok this morning Emily. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Dinner went really well last night with my M&D - it was the first dinner party (all be it a small one) that OH and I have ever had, so I was determined to impress. I made chilli to go in wraps with salad, grated cheese and sour cream with HM herby potato wedges. Parents turned up half an hour late, so the wedges got a bit cold, but were still nice, and I managed to get a key lime pie in the reduced section at Mr T for dessert and it was yummy! OH had helped me to get the place looking tidy, so everywhere looked good, and apart from the huge pile of washing up in the sink and on the side, the rest of the place still does. I'm going to head into town in a minute as I need to pay in a cheque and buy some facewipes with my boots voucher from pigsback which has finally arrived, and when I get home I'll do the sheets and last loads of washing, the kitchen floor and the dusting, and I'll be completely up-to-date then.
Hope everyone is well today and that trips to doctors and dentists have ended positively.

its bright and sunny at the moment so I may venture into the garden - will see how I feel later.
greenbee thats great news that your Dad got the floor sorted
mummyyof5 oh dear - thats a shame about the father -but better to find out now rather than abandoning her later - it must be quite a shock for you and a worry too even though she is 19. So it will be bunk beds, hammocks, tent in the back garden and a rota for sleeping in the bath is it!!! But its still lovely news! She must have been dreading telling you - poor love - give her a big hug from her virtual aunties!!!
emily hugs honey that must have been very painful for you but lovely to hear that your Dh is so supportive and loving and that you feel you can talk to us -its good too that you can identify the cause of your depression etc , I hope it helps you get through it - I hope you feel better today after a good sleep - massive hugs for being so brave in telling us (((hugs))) - we like having you as a friend too:D
philb glad you and MRs had some quality time - thats very important - the dust will still be there!
Kazw good luck with the visitors - I would be tempted to have a duvet day and let DH get the organising done!!!!!:rotfl:
scaredy cat glad the classes went well - you must have very excited girls now!!
dusty huge (((hugs))) for you and shall I arrange this for DH for being so inconsiderate?Bennie is adorable ..........The cats are sulking though, and the chickens are a little bored of being herded.thanks for making me laugh first thing in the morning - this conjured up a very vivid picture!!!!

Morning lovelies!
Mummyof5 Congrats! x
Ok, links to diaries are not good, I ordered then emptied my basketthis is reminiscent of the 'great Filofax palava of 2008' (Valli's fault that time
)
I'll get one in August then I can get a full 16 months worth
Oh where to start, got work today so need to fit everything else round it, not that much to do really, littleys room which I didn't get round to yesterday, and my bedroom which is fine anyway but needs a quick wipe and a hoover. I'd really like to get my car done this w/e - it's nearly a year since it was last done I think - it's looking a little grubby nowthe rain usually takes care of it.....Inside looks like a skip....will delegate to teenie...
Will go and potter round the house and see what's what....0
