Microfibre Cloths

I use cotton nappies on my baby and once I have cleaned her with cotton wool and water I use microfibre cloths to dry her as they so soft.
I did try them on my skin first as well and they were ok.

why would you need / want to cut them?
you can get smaller sized ones eg the 3 pack of tesco value ones 89p or larger sized ones eg the £1 for one type in poundstretcher etc

Lydia wrote:Thanks nearlyrich, you dont find it hard on your skin? Do you use it every day? sorry for so many questions.
I use it most mornings, I don't rub too hard but it feels soft to the skin, it was meant for skin not kitchen but it is exactly the same texture as some of the kitchen one's.0 -
Thanks for your replies and for testing one for me0

I use a 'meant for kitchen' cloth on my face too. The purpose made ones for the face were £1 each . I opened the box they were in and compared them to the kitchen ones and there was no difference. I bought 2 white ones for a £1 and cut them in to four so i had eight. I did hem them around on the machine as they ere washed very frequently.
I use them with the Boots Time Delay cleansing balm ( an Eve Lom copy!!)and wash them every day - but no fabric softener. HTH0 -
I don't see any reason why you can't use them on your face, see how you get on.0

I tried mine on my face yesterday seemed ok and in the shower but I found it too soft for showering I prefer something a little coarser.Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)

I bought stacks of the Tesco 2 packs when they were reduced too and hadn't thought about trying them on my face but I have used them on the lap top screen and it cleans it up a treat same on the flat screen pc monitor and tvs which I think you need to be quite gentle with.0

HWTHMBO confuses the microfibre cloths and the face flannels - I find the flannels in the cupboard under the sink and hte MF clothsi in the airing cupboard!
Don't Kim & Aggie often recommend face flannels for cleaning stuff and I guess form the texture that's all microfibre cloths are...just in case you need to know:
