    I don't feel the need to 'name and shame' as anyone reading his feedback will see for themselves.

    I've had another message from him today threatening to take further action if I don't withdraw my feedback and that I've got 24hrs to "inform him of my intentions"!

    Why? It's quite hard to get a neg removed, and in this case it's a factual negative, so there's no reason why ebay should remove it!
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    If you leave negative comments with a positive rating ebay will remove it, its happened to feedback ive left several times and Ive feedback removed left for myself for this reason too

    So he doesn't answer your emails but demands that you answer his in 24hrs, If theirs any hint of malice in his 'email request' then forward this on to ebay as they take a dim view to this kind of behaviour.
