He gives us sellers on ebay a bad name, as above raise a paypal dispute then Neg him but a word off caution don't threaten him with Neg feedback in any emails as he can use that against you.

So far I've been as nice as pie apart from telling him it would have been fairer to send me a message before the auction ended.

However, he's had my money ALL day and hasn't contacted me!

He's been a seller since 07 and has little feedback, but 100% +ve so far.

Although the guy has acted like a t*t, he may have been at work and not had computer access.

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

OK perhaps, but he emailed me after the auction had ended to tell me he'd sold the item elsewhere. I'd already paid and saw his message drop into my box so responded immediately.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt when he returns my money! All £30 of it!

He hasn't given me feedback but I want to reflect the happenings on his ...

    Any suggestions?

    You can leave feedback.........

And really it should reflect your ebay experience for this transaction and more importantly let people know what this seller can be like....

And as your experience was far from positive.....

    You have two choices :D
  • firefly I would neg him as he clearly has no respect for buyers and this would educate him in how to respect others and not mess people about.

travelmaniac0 remove your link as it is more suited to logo.gif

    Refund via paypal from seller.

Is it a risk that if I neg him, he'll do the same to me?

I've never given anyone neg feedback before!
