Bookie! how exciting!! I bet your daughter is so glad to have you with her today....

Today is mercedes for the weekend day for me, which is not exactly news, but it's all i got!

Sally - do them miles today and i will do my 4.5 tomorrow with added inspiration.. am dreading them!

Another beautiful sunny day here in London! I'm finally going to a gig tonight (I had to pull out of my last 2 at the last minute! :mad: ) and I'm really desperate for 5pm to get here!

Does anyone know of an easy way to check if a hotel booking has been made on-line? My uncle mentioned about staying over in Manchester the night of concert, for which he had booked tickets, but I can't find anything in his emails. Any ideas, other than me ringing round Manchester hotels?

Just caught up on last nights thread and not one to keep me mouth shut...

Lenny stop moaning and get out of that !!!!!! bed and run man...I had a bad lower back when i started running. I went to a person who looks after backs and they said weak stomach muscles, showed me some pilates moves to strengthen and never looked back. I however sometimes run in a hunched up position which gives me neck ache....

Snoggles....well done, but does it really take an hour to have a shag...(something wrong in my house methinks).
